“Theses people are human! They go above and beyond to help. I’ve been trying to get a unique medicine for months as suggested by my oncologist team but the hospital they work in didn’t have access to it. Standard pharmacies don’t carry it either. “The pharmacy staff at this location is exceptional. They know and remember their customers and always make sure the drug and instructions are understood before ending transactions. Only issue is that Cub closed the North entrance by pharmacy so it's a much longer walk inside of store to access the pharmacy. Need to re-open for at least enter only.”
“It was so refreshing to have a good experience with a pharmacy! I walked in, there was nobody ahead of me in line, and I had a confident and knowledgeable employee who really took care of everything, from deleting six old insurances and adding my new insurance, refilling a common prescription, and starting the prior authorization process for my new medication. I couldn't believe that I left the pharmacy feeling better about everything being clean and up to date.
This pharmacy is for specialty medications, so it's not for everyday use, but to know that there are employees out there who are knowledgeable and can take care of everything in one visit is so refreshing.”

“This is the best pharmacy in town. Yes, it's small, but they beat the prices at Target and Walgreens, for prescriptions and over the counter stuff. Yesterday I had a prescription that wasn't covered by insurance. Walgreen's wanted $34.99. Got it from Lakes Pharmacy for $10. Plus, the pharmacist knows all about drug interactions, side effects, whatever you need to know. I wouldn't go anywhere else.”
“It sucks how much harder it is to deal with pharmacies these days. I had to stop using retail pharmacies because of their supply issues with my prescriptions, limiting their hours and no longer taking phone calls. Fairview pharmacy has been better on most all of that, except the hours. I work full time, and I called ahead to tell them I was racing to get there before close on a weekday, but it would be tight by literally two minutes. And they said they couldn’t do anything to help me. Maybe it’s too much to ask for a little grace these days. But man. Just sad I’m going to have to go without medication tonight because of two minutes.”

“Here's what I didn't know about Costco Pharmacy: you don't have to be a member to the warehouse & online services! You can use Good Rx at Costco, but the membership price might* be better. I had to ask for the prescriptions that I had filled here-both were less expensive than Good Rx or my insurance (news to me!). You DO have to inform the cashier that you are a member & have them scan your card. It was well worth it to me to drive a little further & reap the substantial savings.While I was checking out, the next customer was buying dog & cat medicine for his pets! Plus, you can always stop at the snack spot on the way out & have a frozen treat!”

“I have been shopping at this location for 28 years. They have gone through some really difficult times! Yes, the pharmacy lines are some times long, yes there shelves get empty, by shoplifters. Yet, the staff are always wonderful! Alex, Ethan, Kim, Paul, the pharmacy staff, and all the other front end staff are great! They all have a tough job. Keep shopping, and thank them!”
“I just want to address everyone complaining. A pharmacy is NOT a fast food restaurant. You as a customer are NOT the only person in queue for a prescription. Check your attitude and maybe not expect anything immediately in your own world because you “want it now”. Best advice? Hand your prescription in and come back another time. If you need an antibiotic, pain med, or other emergency treatment, then by all means stick around. Give them time to do their job properly and stop whining.”

What I enjoyed about my visit is the staff, they're absolutely the best and we're helpful with updating my membership information.
