I didn't know which location to pick because the person who deserved the praise is in the Park Nicollet Call Center. Sarah was amazing. She scheduled my appointment for occupational therapy in Burnsville and was friendly, funny and descriptive. She answered my nervous questions with tact and kindness.

Come here often for visits with my PCP - have never had an issue and they're always pretty quick to get you in. Thank you to the staff!

Positive experience! Dr. Vang is wonderful. She listens to her patients concerns and you can definitely tell she really cares about our over all wellbeing. Dr. Vang is respectful and has cultural competence which was a breath fresh air.

Mark Edson is a fantastic and thorough opthalmologist! 5+ stars for him. However, my experience with the primary doctor Tina Martin at this location has been pretty terrible so I can't leave a 5 star review for the entire practice. She is dismissive and rude, and her "professional" recommendations are dangerous.

Definitely some of the worst medical care I have ever received, in particular the physical therapy department. I have been suffering and trying to recover from a herniated disc for over a year. When I went to PT at this location they had little empathy for me and exuded a very jock mentality of "no pain no gain." The PT wanted me to do dead lifts only 2 months after my first spinal injection and offered little sympathy after my symptoms worsened. Also, a PT told me that I needed to "overcome my fear of pain" even though I was describing a pain level of 7 or 8 on a daily basis. Now 12 months later, I've had my second MRI and my disc is still protruded. It amazes me that we live in the 2023 and doctors are still making women feel not heard or believed. Do better!

Overall a HIGHLY positive experience!First, making an appointment online and finding parking is really easy. Check-in is seamless, just be prepared to go upstairs and wait in the upstairs lobby if they direct you there.I have seen two providers here, Dr. Shauna Morrow and Carrie Sauter, CNM. I felt heard and appreciated by both, and I want to give a special shout-out to Nurse Sauter for being an absolute angel! She gave me so much individual attention, patiently answered all my questions, and as an added bonus offered lavender essential oil after our appt. Honestly I can't wait to go back and visit her.Overall I was really impressed by this place and wish I had started going here sooner. Great job, Park Nicollet.

Don’t go to Geisness… she violates HIPPA and even sends unwanted mail to your home without consent… I know this because of the multiple times I’ve been here, no one else in her similar status (that I’ve met before) does all the things she does. She is terrible. Wish I could report all the things she did. I never consented to anything she did at all

i came in for about 15 minutes to figure out why my cough wouldn't go away. basically got told after trying antibiotics over the counter stuff the only thing they could do was prescribe a nasal spray.it appeared to be viral by nature and they couldn't a whole lot more than what i had researched online. the cough still flares up occasionally but spitting seems to fix it. it's not nearly as bad as before.the staff was friendly and efficient but there are clear disconnects between communication between what your insurance provider will or will not.this information should be provided to patients upfront and id very Bait and switch.spoiler your insurance covers very little because they charge unreasonable rates here. $360 for 15 minutes isn't reasonable. this is how places get shut down.im not paying it not because i can't but purely on principal. it's not okay for clinics to operate like this.

I had been unable to reach my doctors office by phone for an to schedule appointment for my preoperative surgery visit and had to go into the office to do it. Now it is impossible to get through on the appointment line to schedule my postoperative primary care visit. I am very disturbed by your lack of responsiveness to people with medical needs.

The worst. First it takes 40+ mins for someone to take your call to make an appointment and then, even if it’s an *urgent* (not ER type, but urgent) matter, they tell you to wait 6 months for an appointment.

My first experience here was perfect. Wonderful staff all around. My second experience not so much. I was checked in and told the staff at the check in desk TWICE that my son had a note in his chart that he is not supposed to wait in the waiting room, that he is to be brought back right away. The male at the desk checking me in was so rude about it, never called back to have them come out right away and got defensive and said “OK they’ll be with you shortly”. The first time they sent him back right away, so idk if this person was new, but this is not okay. I’m glad this isn’t our regular clinic. My son is medically fragile and does have paperwork saying he needs to be brought back right away. Ignoring that is irresponsible and extremely inconsiderate.
