The team at Porsche Minneapolis are great to work with and professional. Small team but Matt and the staff are thorough and reliable. Would work with them again but buying a GT3 won't be a common occurence! Their used car inventory is also top notch and they only select the highest quality cars on their lot.

We feel mistreated by this dealership. We went three times to look for cars. The first time, the car we looked at which is a $150,000 vehicle, wasn’t even filled with gas or charged (hybrid), and they weren’t able to get that done at the moment. The second time, the car was still empty and they were only able to put gas so the experience was very disappointing. The third, they didn’t even have it on site for a showing they had and could not make the effort to bring it for us. We scheduled a time to test drive it yesterday (as we agreed to do so with Shawn, the salesman), and they told us the vehicle is put on hold for someone else because it’s a special client of theirs. Is this me, or are they really bad with customer service?

We were interested in purchasing a Cayenne Coupe Turbo S E-Hybrid but we had the worst experience. The first time we visited the dealer was on a Saturday and we wanted to test drive the car and we were told it had absolutely no gas and no charge so we couldn’t try it. We asked if someone could go get gas and we’re told no but to come back Monday because and it will be fully charged and have gas. We came back on this day and it still had no gas and no charge. We felt dismissed. We had to wait for them to go fill it for 20+ minutes. We wanted to experience the plug in hybrid so it was a disappointment that it wasn’t charged like we were promised. The third time we went was later that week and we were told the vehicle wasn’t available for us to view because it was off site in the “vault”. Nobody could get it for us. We felt dismissed and disrespected again. We agreed with our salesman, Shawn to come back Monday and he promised it would be back from the vault fully charged and with gas so we could finally test drive it as we originally wanted. We called that agreed upon Monday morning to tell him we would come at 3. He said unfortunately the vehicle is on hold for a long time client of theirs so now we can’t see it and it Sold and basically this client is more important than us. We previously purchased a 2016 cayenne S from then and ended up leaving this situation absolutely disgusted with the treatment we received from Shawn and whoever was involved. We all felt as though they purposely never had this car ready for us to test drive to hold it for this “special” client of theirs. We also left with the feeling of why did they hold it for this person but not us? We had previously purchased from them and would be a continued client, but after this whole debacle we certainly will not be ever purchasing from them again and left feeling like they have poor business ethics of picking favorites and manipulating the situation to whatever suits them better.

Just purchased a new 911 from Sean Nelson and Porsche Minneapolis. Sean is an excellent consultant, knows the product, has great communication skills and makes the entire process easy. I can recommend Sean and the dealership having purchased 41 new vehicles previously I have worked with all types of sales staff and it is always nice to work with people who love their job. Actually, every staff member in the store does a nice job making you feel welcome and valued as a customer, I appreciate that.I wish Sean all the best and if you are in the market for a Porsche or something on the lot at Porsche Minneapolis this is the person you want to work with for sure!

If you’re considering a Porsche go see Scott Gabrik. He’s more consultant than salesperson. He’ll put your interests first, even if that means not selling you something he knows isn’t right for you. I’ve bought multiple cars from Scott, and wouldn’t consider buying one from anyone else.The service team at Porsche Minneapolis is also second to none. I actually enjoy taking my car in for service here.

I cannot say enough good things about Scott Gabrik specifically at Porsche Minneapolis. He is knowledgeable, patient, and never pushes his customers into something he knows would not be the right fit. Honestly, I'm generally not loyal to one dealership, but I'd never buy a Porsche from anyone other than Scott!

My car purchase experience at Porsche Minneapolis, and more specifically with Sean Nelson, is the best I have ever experienced. Sean was very personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to keep me updated every step of the way in the purchase of my Macan GTS. Its an amazing car but made even better through the professionalism of the dealership. Highly recommended!!!

I just now bought my 2nd New Cayenne hybrid from Scott G at Porsche Mpls. My first experience working with Scott was easy and accommodating . I wanted what I wanted, but the dealership didn’t have the Cayenne with the specs I desired. Within minutes, I was giddy when Scott found my Cayenne in Delaware and arranged for immediate shipment.Upon delivery, Scott taught me how to access all the fun and useful gadgets on this gorgeous car; and later contacted me to ensure my satisfaction.Naturally, this year when I was ready to trade for a 2024 model, I called Scott. I appreciated his patience while I chose every single feature. Can’t wait to receive it. Thank you Scott.

Went into Porsche to look at the Lamborghini urus that was listed on their website for sale in hopes of potentially setting up a purchase, roamed around the lot for about 5 minutes, and associate walks past me and didn't even greet me. Moving from California I'm used to car salesman being more aggressive than that. I'm curious how often is it that you guys lose car sales to Audi considering they are right next door and your guys act like they don't want to sell cars. Somebody dropped the ball. Ouch! I am not interested in contacting anybody via email and letting you know more about my experience My experience is here posted for everyone to see. Hopefully you guys do your job and have a talk with your sales people internally so you don't continue to lose money to your competitor.

My friend, Shannon, referred me to Scott. I was looking to get out of my current X3 lease and was interested in a Macan. Unfortunately, BMW had me locked in, and timing wasn’t right, but when my lease is up, Scott will be the first call I make! He was fantastic and spent so much time with me. I really appreciated it!

Every single person here is accommodating, welcoming, and friendly. Yes, they’re obviously trying to get you in a vehicle but, it never once felt pushy, cheesy, or rushed. I worked with Sean who was a knowledgeable, warm, and welcoming sales professional. I’m in healthcare and he more than accommodated me and my weird schedule. In addition, as a first time Porsche buyer and a female I never felt that I wasn’t taken seriously. Melissa, Tommy, and Dexter were also very helpful and kind. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealer.
