A truly amazing decking supply retailer. Dale took the time to fully understand my front porch stair railing project and helped me understand exactly what I needed to get the job done the right way. Specifically, I thought I needed to buy an entirely different railing system when in fact all I needed were the swivel brackets to accommodate the uncommon low pitch (degree) angle of my front steps. Pro Deck Supply lost a few bucks as a result of Dale's honesty -- he could have simply allowed my order for unnecessary stuff go through. Instead he made me aware of a better and less costly solution, but he guaranteed our return business when we replace our back stoop with an elaborate deck. The Golden Rule. Today's ray of hope. Reaffirmation of faith in humanity. Okay, I'll stop... You can trust this company.

Pro Deck Supply is truly a company you can feel good about supporting! My husband and I wanted to completely redo our very old deck but we had zero experience and weren’t really sure where to start. I’m so thankful we found Pro Deck Supply. Pat so graciously gave us his time to help us figure out which products we needed, how much of everything to order, and plan important details like where to place a seam and the perfect width for our stairs. He helped me price out options and never once tried to sell me more expensive products than I needed. All of the employees are kind and helpful. Pat created the order for me, all I had to do was review and click purchase. Everything was delivered within a week! They take the time to inspect the shipment before they send it to you, so you won’t find any warped/damaged items in your order. Working with this company feels like living in a small town and caring about your neighbors. Thank you Pat and team, we LOVE our new deck! 100/10 recommend!

Fantastic to work with! Everyone we spoke to was knowledgeable and friendly. They are patient with new DIY deck builders - helpful with design and construction tips. Quick to answer the phone and timely delivery of certain materials while flexible with other material delivery.
They went above and beyond; I would give them higher than 5 stars if I could.

I had a pleasant experience with the onsite staff, who were friendly and helpful. However, after receiving a quote, I wanted to make a small change to the decking material. Despite sending multiple emails to our sales representative, I never received a response. As a result, I was unfortunately forced to go with another distributor due to this lack of communication. I hope that future customers will have a more positive experience.

Agree whole heartedly with other positive reviews. Their showroom is great with several brands to see. Pro Deck Supply was prompt in their communication, provided good advice and was responsive to questions. They inspected our decking and did not not send it out if there were flaws. The big box stores will not do this. We would recommend using them to our friends.

Another DIYer with great things to say about Pro Deck Supply. I did my research on products to re-plank my deck with PVC (Azek) and thought I had it all figured out when I emailed them my order. But instead of just filling the order, Dale gave me some additional suggestions and advice to make sure the install went well. Order fulfillment and delivery were smooth and on time - now my work begins to put everything together. Would definitely recommend Pro Deck Supply to any DIYer!

DIY-ers you will not find a more helpful resource. First time designing and building a deck including framing by myself. Dale and Pat spent at least a couple hours answering questions, giving me tips to improve my framing plan, putting together my supplies list, and placing my order. Composite decking plus backordered railings arrived within a week of ordering. 15/10 would recommend to anyone I know. (More photos to come once we are done)

First time composition deck builder. Pro Deck made the process painless from delivery helping to carry material around house in the rain. Answering questions by phone during the project and very helpful at business when picking up additional product. Only down side is i forgot to get names to thank them.Well done all!
