Very happy with the process of finding the perfect storage unit with the support of Jim and Schwa. Both offered great customer service and answered all my questions in person and over the phone.
The rental process was seamless and the app works very well in support of questions around all the details.

They're always so friendly and helpful, Schwa was straightforward and honest about the process of transfer to another unit, helping assure me the smoothest days/times to stop in and how to avoid any fees. They also keep it very well-maintained, clean, and safe! Jim does a great job at management and it shows in all of his staff's cool, calm, and kind customer service!

The location where I rented does not have a good system for multiple people accessing their unit at the same time. In the loading doc, there is space for 5 cars, but there was a truck permanently parked there as well as a dumpster bin. This took up 3 spaces. So, when I tried to leave, there were 4 cars blocking my way. CHECK out the loading dock at the location before renting! Also, the building is accessible as of 6:00 AM, however, they lock up their loading carts. Consequently, if you want to go early to avoid being boxed in by others, you can't use a cart. Ridiculous! That being said, the attendant was cordial and helpful.

They bump up the price every 2-3 months and leave the office empty for large amounts of time, making it hard to get a cart.
