New state of the art facility on Hiawatha the paint is barely dry we were happy with William renting us the unit he was knowable and very helpful

I have been renting for years with the wonderful Manager Laquita and her great experience and expertise has kept me feeling safe and confident to continue renting there with her location. She’s always courteous and so very kind. I respect the knowledge and detail to her job she has and she really knows all avenues of being a renter, what it intel's and is precise in her treatment when it comes to valuable Customer Management. I am here to give Lacoya a 4 STAR review. She is at the 3245 Hiawatha location. She is the only one I prefer to talk to. She is very professional, very helpful, and makes my life less stressful. She is always polite and helps me when I really need it. It's too bad that she can't be cloned. She's an excellent employee. Thank you Lacoya!!!GIVE HER A RAISE!!!
