Although I had to return a dress I ordered online, I had a great experience with my return and would buy from this store again. One of the stylists, Nicole, was so helpful and took the time to compose an email with a list of other possible dresses I would be interested in. She sent that email along with a personal return slip since their website's return portal was down. All of my emails were answered promptly. Great experience. If I lived close by I would shop there all the time!

The owner, Nicole, had dealt with our company very rudely and without integrity.We had wholesale'd our products to them, in good condition. and with no issues. Yet the buyer had essentially not only disputed the transactions, but left us a terrible review out of spite and envy. We try to reach out and resolve all issues, even if that means issuing a refund. The owner's nasty and curt responses to my messages proved that there was a deeper level of vindictiveness.I would question their ethics, for sure.

Queen Anna House of Fashion and its styling services One Posh Closet have changed my life! Because of the One Posh Closet styling services, I no longer feel stuck in a rut and have overwhelm when selecting my clothes for the day. It is a time saver and gets my day off to a good start! It’s such a good feeling to have the assurance my outfit looks good and is stylish. OPC has helped me stretch and grow and try items that reflect my identity while also getting me outside my comfort zone in a good way. For the first time ever, I FEEL good emotionally and physically EVERY day when wearing my clothes. It has been a confidence boost! I am saving money because I am investing in clothes that last longer and not purchasing something only to find I have something similar in my closet. The customer service is excellent. They get to know YOU and help you feel good in your clothing. Queen Anna has a curated collection of unique high quality items. The retail store has such a special vibe and it’s so reassuring to know because of this assortment and attentive staff, the clothes I try on will fit. No more trying on 100 items to find the one that fits! Plus, I love supporting a small woman and black owned business who gives back to the community and is helping change the narrative into one that is affirming, body positive and brings out the uniqueness in all of us.

Just wanted to highlight that I had a delightful time shopping today with the two lovely ladies working at the boutique, they were super helpful and sweet--which was refreshing! Unfortunately as a woman of color, I typically don't get treated with respect (and sometimes not even acknowledged!) when I shop at higher-end boutiques, so it was a breath of fresh air to be warmly greeted promptly upon entering. Along with receiving helpful assistance from the employees, I had a fun time with them! I will definitely recommend this place to others & I love that I've found a Black-owned business nearby that not only has a welcoming vibe, but also makes me feel like I "belong" and "deserve" to shop there. That may sound strange, but I've come across far too many stores that have rude sales associates that either treat me with indifference or like I'm going to steal! So I know there's something very special going on at Queen Anna! Thank you ladies--I will definitely be back! :)
