My review for Delta /Marriott hotel is not good. I have a daughter in a traveling volleyball club, she had a tournament in Minneapolis at the end of March that got canceled. I called the hotel, and also called corporate to ask for a refund, since I was canceling 1.5 months ahead of time, they said no. Apparently when I was ordering tickets on my phone, I ordered non refundable tickets. Yes, it is my fault, but realistically, I would have thought giving a month and a half cancelation notice, thry might make an exception. No, not the case, so Im out 300$ for 2 nites I will not be staying. Im just a normal American trying to live, im sick of large airlines, hotels, big businesses not giving a crap about thier customers. I personally will make a vow to never stay at another Marriott hotel the rest of my life, i will also make sure to share my story to anyone looking to stay at a Marriott.
Noteworthy details: Not a good company.

The rooms and lobby were clean and nice. The outside was a little standoffish.

Perfect for an in-between location.
Very clean. Saltwater pool is a nice option.

No continental breakfast the TV was grainy and spotty at times because of the internet signal. And no continental breakfast. Basically they have a grab-and- go breakfast that you have to pay for. No clock in the hotel rooms, no microwave even though it's more of an Extended Stay type hotel. The refrigerator is Tiny and will barely hold five cans of pop much less anything else that you want to have cold. I've been here for 2 weeks now. My company paid over $4,000 for my room and I have complained numerous times about these young kids that are in the room. Next door to me yelling, cussing and screaming. The staff does not care. The walls are so thin and you can hear everything through the door that is adjacent to the room. I'm definitely not staying here again. I will tell my company to get me a room in another hotel. Not a very professional place at all 01/02/25 got to my room and my key card won't work. Called the front desk and I been waiting for 15 min. Needed to get in so I can retrieve something for work.

Love this place, the pool and spa were great, but -1 star because coffee/breakfast is not provided. But there is an on-site Starbucks.

A very nice visit with friendly staff. Lack of hot water in the shower was the only downside.

I stay here pretty much every time I go to St Paul. The rooms are clean, the pool is heated, and there's a hot tub. The gym is also pretty great, especially for a hotel.

We had a great time during our stay at the Delta Hotel. The service was excellent. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The hotel was very clean. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We ate at the Twin Cities 400 Tavern. The service was excellent and the food was great! We are looking forward to our next stay there!

Great location and home base for plans in Minneapolis. Rooms are nice. Lobby is clean and welcoming. Have always had good service at the front desk. Great lounge options for platinum members. Nice snack selection and appreciate the fresh fruit, hummus& veggie options.
Heads up if you book a suite, it’s not very private if you’re have an extra guest. There is a pull out couch but it’s a pretty open room.

The Cafe 400 is great and reasonably priced. I was there for Happy Hour- had a sausage pizza for $9. It was good! Did not stay in hotel.

Great but nowhere to get a tea/coffee until 630am. I always appreciate hotels that still do complimentary hot water for tea & coffee. ALL GUESTS PREFER THAT. Restaurant attached is FANTASTIC BUT DOESN'T OPEN UNTIL 10:00am. Serves great breakfast lunch & dinner.

The overnight person wasn't available all night. The phone just constantly rang. Left a paper note on counter for a late checkout. Was ignored. Woke up to housekeeping banging into my door with their laundry cart and a second time with the vacuum. Went over to my friend's room and and there was a knock on door and housekeeper walked in! Wasn't even checkout time yet! Had do not disturb sign on door! Her bed was also dirty upon check in. Not impressed

It has been 15 years since I visited this hotel complex, and I really enjoyed my visit on a Saturday night for the Minnesota Farmers Union State Convention. I needed a little bit of time to re-acclimate myself to the surroundings and I was impressed by many of the renovations that have taken place since 2009. I immediately noticed much better lighting and just many improvements to the public spaces and hallways and bathrooms. I give High marks for the banquet staff and the hard work put in to the meal that was served for our banquet.
Noteworthy details: Friendly staff and very clean spaces including the bathrooms.
