I went here to get microbeads done I called the Bloomington store and they told me that somebody in Minneapolis could do it they told me to be around $300 when I got to the Minneapolis store the lady told me $400. When I got home one of the microbeads fell out and within 2 days almost 20 of them fell out I called and let them know what was going on have me coming and fix the ones that were falling out then within 3 days within three days more than 20 more fell out which it is their fault because this is for even thin hair I mixed with black and white it was not my hair it was the lady who did it I would not recommend this place to anybody and they would not fix it a second time saying it was my hair type I do not recommend this place it's a scam all they offered me to do was to take my hair down the rest of them and to give me $50 off of next service heck no I'm never going back to this place do not go here. find somewhere else I also had to bring my own hair and bring all my own supplies so all she did was my hair and they kept my supplies they overcharged and they do not do a good quality work I asked for a refund and they won't give it to me they're going to give me $50 off another service no way I'm telling you now don't go here. For me having to bring my own hair bring my my own microbeads and the tools to put the micro beads in for $400 is a scam especially how much is falling out and they won't fix it. I also went to the Bloomington store and the lady there seem very educated and was willing to fix my hair. Then the lady at the Minneapolis store told them that nobody is to touch my hair but her. I'm not understanding why I just want my money back I asked to talk to the owner and they said she was out of the country when I call back let them know I think this might be taking some of my hair out but I found out what it was it was the the extension hair was pulled through the microbead which work the 300.00 I tips I extensions for this shouldn't of happed and was the extension here not my hair. They where very rudr to me and made me feel intimidated
I just want my refund I spent all the money I had I'm in recovery and that's all the money I had left because I was just trying to feel better about myself and wanted to leave my medium intensity and feel like a different person and they just made me feel bad about myself

DON'T GO HERE**
Worst hair braiding shop I’ve been to. I needed to instruct my stylist how to do box braids,and she did not wash or brush my hair. It hasn't been a week yet and my braids are falling out. During my initial appointment, she told me one price and charged me twice during checkout, even though she was late. I don't typically write reviews, but I was initially really enthusiastic but ended up feeling extremely frustrated and disappointed after my appointment. I called later to request a refund or to see if they could redo the braids that came out of my hair. They told me they would call me back, but they never did. The braider's name is Fatima, but she goes by Lulu. I would not recommend booking with Lulu. Extremely disappointed.

Looked good but the braids were different lengths some were long and some were short and they were eating while doing my hair with no gloves.

The young lady that was there working today was so nice and sweet and very helpful at helping me pick a wig. I also wanna say thankyou for being an lbgtq friendly place for a trans woman such as my self. I will continue to support this business and I love your really to me within walking distance. Again thankyou y'all for being in the area and I will shop only there from now on.

There was a sign on the door it said ring the bell for service and there was no answer at all.. I might've rang the bell about 5 times but still no one answered..
