Great haircut but simply RUDE & WILD Stylist and Experience !
I brought my daughter in for a haircut as I booked online, thinking that was okay. The stylist was running behind, not a problem, but as my daughter sat down, I felt instantly attracted by the hairdresser because my daughter has think hair and she was already running behind. I felt this wasn’t my problem nor how was I to know that I needed more time per their website. Automatically a bad start!
My daughter, who is 10, got VERY uncomfortable! Then she proceeded to tell me my daughter shoulders are WAY off and I need to take her to go see a chiropractor! The lady next to me in the hair dryer started laughing because of such a silly comment to a parent. (Her shoulders are not WAY off as she stated, I took her the next day to go see a chiropractor due to this comment and he laughed and said this hair dresser needs to stay in her lane and not make parents worry) She proceeded to get upset with my daughter after having her feel her hair and how thin/fine it was and my daughter stated it was thin and SHE GOT MAD AT HER! IT made her feel so uncomfortable! It was offensive to this hair stylist. My daughter asked what is the difference between her saying I have thick hair and me saying she has thin hair? AGAIN, SHE IS 10! The hair appointment took 1hr 20mins, way to long, and half way through I didn’t realize she has another client getting a color done, waiting under the dryer and in the sink bowl that whole time!! I felt so bad.
I get my daughter has think hair, but nothing crazy. I asked her to thin it and felt like I got shunned! NEVER AGAIN WILL WE BE BACK TO THIS SALON! I had the same experience with my older daughter a few years ago, and I tried to give it one more chance, but this hair stylists was so unprofessional, offensive, way out of her lane and simply rude. My daughter and I left and she looked at me and said, “Mom, I never every want to go here again!” I said, “We wont be! I promise!”

Jenny pulled me straight out of months of hair hell! Listened, gave me a cut that actually makes my hair do what I like and a pretty color that gave my bland hair back some real dimension. Next appt booked! Thank you

Tracey, nail expert is beyond excellent. I've been going to her since 2009. I don't go to any other nail salon. At first, I was nervous to go anywhere because of two ingrown toenails. Since discovering Tracey, I get regular pedicures so I don't have to go to the Podiatrist!! Her manicures are equally exceptional. She's truly that good. Parking has never been a problem and the other staff have always been very friendly.

This is a beautiful, peaceful Salon, selling Aveda products in a convenient location in Richfield. They fit me in for a shampoo and blow out on a Monday afternoon, even though I had never been there before. The parking is right outside the door. The staff is pleasant, friendly, and talented.
