I applied for Energy Assistance in February. I was getting a disconnection notice from my electric company. I was
approved with a promise to pay with note put on my electric bill company to pay $500 here we are in June. They still have not paid it and now I got another disconnection notice because I thought that it was paid. I can’t get anyone to answer the phone. I can’t believe this is happening. How are you helping if you’re doing this to people.

they never answer the phone! i have called so many times in the last two weeks at different times of the day and they do not answer ever.

They didn't help me. Matter fact Pedro never returned my call. Had me come fill out an application. Then kept saying, I will submit your application 5 times threw 2 days. They don't help everyone equally! Especially, during someone's hardship!
