I took a couple hoodies in that had the front pocket stitching coming out of. They did an amazing job repairing and reinforcing the front pockets and was very quick and professionally done!!

The woman barely gave me the time of day I had an important jacket that was my daughters who recently passed away she couldn't even give me the time of day I'm doing my fur coat she blew me off basically ignored my presents I was very disappointed I strongly do not recommend

Have been looking for a good tailor for so long and my search is over! Brought in a rush job dress that needed altering and she creatively solved my problem. On top of that was so friendly and kind. While I was there noticed something that had gotten on the dress (a spot) and she helped me get it out rather than penalizing me for the dress not being "clean." Will definitely be back.

Brought in a maxi skirt and tricky pair of wide leg / flowing pants to be hemmed and she did a wonderful job. Very quick, thorough, reasonably priced. Will definitely return for future alterations.

She keeps insisting that these are the same length. In her eyes, these are perfect pants. She didn't want to talk anymore with me and eventually didn't fix it.Don't waste your money and time. Very rude, worst customer service.

I tried calling to see if they could fray/hem my Jean shorts. They must have just had bad service because I couldn’t hear anything after she said hello. Then I drove there because I assumed they could help me because on google it says they do jean hems (which I guess fraying is different, but I thought they were in the same category.) The worker wasn’t wearing a mask when I came in, then when it was my turn to be helped, she looked at my shorts and what I wanted and said no she can’t do that. I mean I guess I’m glad she was honest but she was just pretty unfriendly altogether.

I absolutely adore this neighborhood tailoring shop. I bring so many wild things over to be customized and they always turn out flawlessly with quick turnaround.As a second-hand shopper, having accessible, friendly, neighborhood tailoring available has dramatically extended my slow-fashion wardrobe.Highly recommend!
