Grateful for Seward Pharmacy and to never have to go to Walgreens again. I was pleasantly surprised that I made the switch without paying more for my medications, too.

Just went here for the first time today and they were great. I forgot how good it feels to speak to an actual person on the phone, without needing to spend 15 minutes speaking with an automated system to end up leaving a voicemail.
Had my prescription ready in 30 minutes, and it’s locally owned. What more could you ask for? Forget CVS or Walgreens and just come here instead

This is the best pharmacy I have been to. They always have my perscription ready for pickup. They are always helping me understand my insurance, and I like that they are locally owned.

This is my first time using a pharmacy, and I’ve heard lots of people having tough experiences with pharmacies, but my experience has been stellar here.
I feel like they are always telling me how to get my prescriptions on time and if I have issues with insurance they care and help. They are kind and helpful and understanding to trans folks seeking care.
Healthcare system is really distressing sometimes and to have someone see you’re having difficulty and providing assurance and assistance is amazing

One of the few locally owned pharmacies in the city. They are always kind and friendly when I go in and have gone above and beyond to work with me to find discounts for my prescriptions when there was a lapse in my insurance coverage.

I had an amazing experience at this pharmacy and would recommend them. They were so helpful and kind when the delivery system failed on my new prescription. They contacted my Dr and patiently waited for them to reply. The store has a wonderful community vibe and they even told me the best place to park!

They gave me the wrong version of a medication, and rung it up as the correct medication. Now insurance is refusing to fill the correct medication at another pharmacy because the record already shows that it was filled.Now Seward is refusing to update the record because it would be too much work on their end to go through the work to do so. Absolutely rude, do not EVER go here.
