Working with SG Web Partners was great! We asked around for WordPress experts and came to us highly recommended. Right from the start, they understood our pain points. We mentioned our goals and SG Web Partners went above and beyond to get us there! After our initial call, SG Web Partner came back to us with a robust proposal and a very clear timeline. Once we engaged, they sent us an invite to a project management tool, so we can track their progress. As for communication during the project, we got detailed updates regularly. They were also very helpful in giving us feedback/insight on projects that SG Web Partners weren't involved with. Working with SG Web Partners, we were able to achieve the goal we set in place, and we'll definitely go back if we have more WordPress related projects.

SG Web Partners took our idea for shopify application an brought it to life. Even through unexpected hurdles they maintained great customer service and saw the project through to the end. After launch of the application and website redesign we saw a light switch of online growth increasing our ecommerce sales from around $5,000 monthly to up to 100k+ in monthly. Simon was a great help in getting some orders transferred over from a staging site to a live site. He was thorough, diligent, and resourceful, and helped me to solve a problem I hadn't been able to crack myself in over a week.Sidenote, he made himself available at 8:30pm on a Saturday night to help sort out these issues.

Overall a great experience. Customer service was awesome - they were always attentive to our needs and incredibly prompt in response. Always willing to take a phone call to discuss our questions in detail and make sure we were satisfied through every step of the project. Our website looks and operates far better than with our previous provider. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a smooth transition to a great new website.
