Be aware. Without warning, they have no unit access on Wednesdays and Sundays. Apparently there’s a problem with the front door, they have no idea when it will be fixed. No heads up whatsoever only a sign on the door.
EDIT: To their credit, the woman who manages the facility is very nice, and they did respond to me and resent me email which was buried in the unread bin. What irks me the most is they offer no compensation and blame the vendor for the issue. Can anybody in Minneapolis fix this stuck door? Anyway, for I am s.o.l because I need access on Sundays. I highly recommend you go elsewhere.
To the response below: What do you mean bring it to your attention? The door has been broken since November 18. Please make a sincere effort to respond to fix the issue.

The employees were nice and helpful. The storage unit was nice, clean ,and spacious, as well as the rest of the property. Purchased a lock for my unit and it was about 20$ overall good service.
