Service and follow up was helpful, friendly, polite and very efficient with quick return and final receipt appreciated. Pricing was straightforward and value for money was exceptional. Some travelers had confusion on pickup regarding insurance and vehicle maintenance overdue. Technology in some cars was not working properly and shut off at stop light very frustrating. The experience was pleasant and best experience for travelers.
