They canceled on us a week before our party bus without saying anything. The only way we knew was because our deposit was refunded to us. When we called to ask about it the owner was extremely rude. For someone who claims they care about customer service, they don't show it. When it comes to an event where 30 people are counting on a bus for them it's disappointing that the owner would just blow us off. The only reason they even get a star is because of the deposit refund

I would give 0 stars. Cancelled our bus because of transmission problems the day of the rental. 40 people ready to go and 5 hours before cancel on us. No help in finding another as well from other company. Disgusting

First of all, the driver arrived at a different time than we had planned. Then we went to a gas station because he had not filled up on gas and had us sitting there for quite a while. He had one of my guests do favors for him like get off the bus to help him park, run inside to pay for gas, and then run back in again to get a receipt. Then when I told him to not be asking my guests for personal favors he raised his voice at me and told me that was the least we could do for him. I'm paying him to do his job and still makes my guests do the work for him...

We rented the black magic bus for my friends birthday and had the best time ever. The driver was super nice and put up with our crazy group. We will be renting from this company again.

We booked the luxury bus and Bill took our $500 deposit a month in advance. Night of event without any warning or notice a city bus that smelled like weed and not even comparable to what we deposited for showed up. Bill told us to pay the bus driver the remaining $300 and they would credit back our deposit. He later tells us to work with Tosha, the OM for both bus companies, and she tells us the insurance on the bus expired and does nothing. Says it's up to the owner, David Haxton who also did nothing. You feel as a business owner it is ok to take $800 from us on a bus that is not what we signed up for and is rented out for $600. You took $200 out of our pockets and kept it. To us it's not even about the money it's how this was all handled by Bill, Tosha & David. Yep pretty sure I'd never want to work with your operation or partnering companies again!

I booked "The King" luxury party bus for a surprise 40th birthday party for twins and 25 guests. I booked this bus a month ahead of time with Bill Frolichman. Who told me he would be my "host" and would take care of the itinerary, escort us in and out of the clubs and make it the best birthday party ever! Sounds good right?! Well the night of the party, The Pourhouse apparently couldn't fulfill their commitment and sent a different company out (TC Boogie Bus) to drive us around. Pourhouse did not give me notice, the bus driver of the other company had to break the news to me. So I was put in a position of having 30 people ready to get on a bus of which was not even remotely comparable to the bus I had ordered and reeked of weed. I also had to pay the new bus driver in cash because they were not affiliated with The Pourhouse and he needed payment before we could leave. When I tried to resolve this issue with Bill after the fact he told me he would return my money to my credit card. When I called Bill to follow up on the refund he stopped taking my calls. I then reached out to the Office Manager Toscha to see about the refund and she told me that she couldn't refund my card and that it was up to the Owner David Haxton to decide if I'll be refunded. I talked to David Haxton, he told me that the $800 I paid is what it cost to run the other bus and that I wouldn't be refunded. I said that is funny because the TC Boogie Bus is only $600 for the night. He then proceeded to argue with me about how "he made no money on this deal". I should have asked Dave if he was a car salesman because that sure sounds like something one might say when they're about to screw you over on a deal, right? So to understand this company is to understand that their revenue is more important than customer satisfaction. Never once was there an apology for the bus I ordered not being sent, nor an apology for not giving me any notice, and finally no apology for not being able to refund my money. Folks, this company is about as dishonest as it gets. Enter in a contract with this company at your own risk......I did.....and it backfired.

I had planned on having an August birthday blowout and it was more than I expected it to be. Tasha was an angel and helped me out a month in advance and gave me a great price. She was very informative and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. I'm hoping to do this annually because of how great this experience was for me and for my 40 guests.

I had a huge Batchelor party to plan and wilson came through for me! Great service and an amazing experience. I would recommend skyline party bus to anyone looking for a good time at a reasonable price! Best deal for my dollar i could find with clean and up to date busses!

I used skyline to celebrate my birthday and I was really impressed. I was doing some shopping around before making my decision, and they were really helpful, answering all of my pricing questions before knowing if I would even use them. I was able to see the different bus choices and choose the one I wanted. The bus was in very nice shape and you couldn't even tell that it had most likely been used the night before. Everything was very clean, even the bathroom. The lights on the inside of the bus and the sound system made the ride well worth it! A friend of mine ended up leaving her phone on the bus and they were very helpful in getting her phone back to her once they realized it was missing. Overall, Skyline is a fun and professional party bus service and I would definitely use them again.

I had a fabulous time working with Skyline Party Bus company. They were very prompt on their delivery. The customer service was a pleasure to work with, they were flexible, very helpful, and respectful. They were reasonably priced also which was a big seller. The bus was fresh with a new, and CLEAN interior. I would highly recommend the service. I had a great time on the bus and was pleased in every way.

I used skyline last weekend to go to a concert and it was amazing! The driver was on time and the bus was clean and it even had a bathroom. The sound system was great and the driver was there waiting for us when we were ready to go. I would definitely recommend skyline to my friends!

Do not do the Christmas Light Tour. They promise a VP experience, NOT! We did not have a concierge on board as promised and the driver drove around for 3 hours on the freeway, never seeing or stopping at a display! They already had my money including tip so did not care about our enjoyment!
