Brought my son's BMW in for an oil change. Asked about repairing a brake light. given the model of the car a circuit board needed to be replaced to fix (no bulbs these days). Didn't seem complicated to have them fix given they advertise working on BMW. However, upon paying for the repairs and driving away, I was noticed that the daytime /running lights in the back of the vehicle on both sides were not longer working. Called next day to have them look at. Couldn't give me a reason why they were working when I brought the car in, but were no longer working after them repairing the break light. Lights worked when I brought the vehicle in. Lots and lots of talking in circles, could not answer my questions. Told me my son didn't need the lights because cops aren't pulling over for that. Not the issue. The issue is that they broke something in the car when repairing it. They did, however, offer to fix the problem that they created for $1200. Will never bring my vehicle to this place again. I would caution you to do the same. Lights should have been fixed without question, free of charge. Nice guys, poor business model and customer service. Bring your car to the dealership or someplace else.

I've been a mechanic and done tires for over 30 years , this place is not to be trusted . I have four tires needing to be swapped onto different rims , he quoted me two hrs labor and a price of $200 dollars this man is a thief !!!!!! It would take one person less then a hour easily to do this job !!!!!! I had already had a quot for less then $100 to do this , I guess I will drive a little further!

Six stars. On way to work picked up screw in tire. They got me in immediately and fixed it quickly without any upsell. Would go here again without hesitation.

My car stopped on the highway and I was able to “limp” to SW Auto. They got in in quickly to diagnose the issue and called around to get needed parts. The communication was great and they let me know what the issue was and provided an estimate. I was thrilled that even with a pretty extensive repair, they had me back on the road in a couple of days. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was good to go; including an oil change and tire rotation! I haven’t needed a shop since moving back from Colorado but know I now have a place to go! Thanks!

Went for new tires and an oil change and the price was very reasonable. Service from both people was very friendly, the process was quick, and they were flexible about allowing me to keep my van there overnight. Definitely recommend!

Excellent attention and quality service
Tim met me outside with a smile and a welcome. He got me checked in, and turned my car over to the service team. They were efficient in their work, went above services checking all fluids, and filling those that needed it. Service was completed in a timely manner and to satisfaction. I was in and out, treated with a smile and friendly banter, and will return for future visits for sure.
