We had a great experience at Blaze. Showed up and met with Tim Asuncion. He walked us through our auto loan application and clearly laid out our options. We got approved on the spot for a loan and had our new vehicle within a week. Tim was a great help and was accommodating to both our work schedules.

I had such a wonderful experience at Blaze Credit Union. I came in looking to refinance my auto loan and Judy Wallraff help make it happen. I also ended up switching over and plan to move banks and keep Blaze as my primary. I found the interest rates incredibly lower than other banks. Thank you Judy!

They weren’t bad when it was Spire. However, they may be one of the worst credit unions around. Go ahead and call them…see if you can get thru in less than 30 minutes. What a joke for a local credit Union.

Wow. Couldn't even imagine what this would be if the company was any worse at customer service. Application crashes constantly, no one is ever nice or helpful on the phone, I keep getting locked out of my account. Rates aren't even that good honestly, too bad my car dealership forced this upon me. Stay away or learn the hard way like me. UPDATE: I was called by someone who was extremely nice and professional. My quick takeaway from the conversation was that she agreed the system was not good in certain situations, and if you want special assistances just enter a negative review and they will try to help.

My close friend is a member of this Credit Union, and has been long-term. The staff seems friendly, and has been incredibly responsive in safeguarding her accounts during some recent fraud compromises. They seem very personable, and genuinely concerned. With an impending merger, I hope that these solid customer base standards are not diluted or compromised. Check out their options in particular if you are part of a traditional banking system. Credit Unions tend to offer more clients centered services, and this is very appealing.

I'd give it zero stars. They solely exist to rip you off by making paying on your loan extremely difficult. It is not possible to make your payment via phone, they say they don't have the technology. Lol. What a joke.
