Lived here from May 2021 - December 2022. Avoid this place.Management is incompetent and lazy, rarely answering emails or phone calls. Britany (manager) seems to never be in the office. Elevators barley worked and constantly had 1 out of 2 not working while I lived there. The floors are very thin, you can hear the neighbors walking/talking above you. The parking lot owned by the building across the street is poorly lit and unsafe (Catalytic Converter got stolen on day 6 of parking there). I believe there was a shooting there as well June 2022 (4 shot).Security is a major issue as well. Doors propped open, homeless people getting in the building and garages, package theft, etc. I think they did put cameras up all over, so points for that I guess.Half of the residents are awesome people! The other half seem to be the exact opposite. I am not trying to put anyone down, but let me just give you some examples of some types of people that live there:-someone you wouldn't want to share an elevator with due to excessive body odor-someone who yells/argues (borderline domestic abuse) things at his/her significant other most nights-someone who parties at 1:30am on a Tuesday (remember, thin floors)-someone who sets off the fire alarm at 3:30am from smoking in their unit and/or stairwell.Like I said, the other half of the residents are great and kind people! But unfortunately the community as a whole is generally not all that great. To end on a good note: Maintenance is Awesome! Mary and the whole crew is kind, competent, and solve maintenance issues quickly. Place has a good location (except the crime), fair rent, good layout, and a nice city view. But unless they fix A LOT of MAJOR issues I would not recommend living here.

When I first moved in the management was great and so was the staff. The current manger told her staff that they are not supposed to help the residents. I would given it 0 stars if I could. The maintenance used to be the best, but no more. They are only concerned about money! Don't move here!

Great layout within each unit! The intimate patios are a huge plus for these unique units. The proximity to downtown Minneapolis is superb as you just walk across the Stone Arch Bridge & you are right in the middle of the city. Highly recommended for city explorers & people eager to venture out in the great city of Minneapolis. Check it out!

I recently toured and thought the apartments were spacious at a great price. They had brand new stainless steel appliances! I love the location too!

I would give zero stars if I could. I have yet to receive a callback regarding my father's move-in date. From what I was last told by a property manager (Alex) who is no longer employed there, my father was approved for an apartment at 520 2nd Street, he had paid the security deposit and all he needed was first month's rent along with proof of income. All documents have since been provided and first month's rent has been submitted via check (but not cashed yet.) I was told two weeks ago to follow up with Brittany (I guess she replaced Alex.) However, as I stated earlier, I (nor my father) have not received any follow up. This is my final attempt to get this issue resolved.

Hi my name is Theresa Dawson I have lived at Stone arch apartments for three years. I have a special needs granddaughter who is 4 years old who was discriminated against for just being a child. I am a disabled person who had experienced some major health problems.. I moved out this establishment on November 30th 2022 there was some things that I couldn't afford to bring with me. Which I had to leave there. These people are refusing to release my 2,000 dollor deposit money. I understand using some of it for cleaning and items that were left. Keep in mind I am a disabled woman and wasn't able to move more than 10 pounds after my procedure. I don't think that is fair to steal someone s hard earned money from them.. I am talking about talking to the the owner Barb Halverson didn't help at all. Can someone please help me to get my deposit money back from them??????

I lived at Stone Arch from July 2020-November 2022, a small two bedroom.Management kept changing and got worse and unprofessional over the time. They got rid of the friendly staff. The last manager I dealt with, was Brittany Riley who is very unprofessional; doesn't return calls, emails and hardly in the office, and when she is, she won't pick up the phone. The staff will put you on hold and come back with an answer.I was told to move because I almost died from Covid, got behind in rent and RentHelpMn paid it, I still had to move. My rent invoice never matched with what I paid or owed. And nobody care about complaints or address them... I got stuck on the elevator for almost 2 hours one night, and the only person from the staff that was there, was Mary, from Maintenance. Nobody else reached out. I am 63 years old with health issues. Thank God for the firemen getting me out. Elevators always down...The only staff consistent in management, is the Maintenance run by Mary.

Very bad customers service. The lady in the office I talked to about availability automatically assumed I was looking for a section 42 apartment. NEGATIVE. Please don't judge a book by its cover. I would never give a business my hard earn money with a mindset like the one I experienced.
