Worst Service. Rude workers. I asked how long I can wait to get fresh baked bread and both workers were so rude and didn't want to answer simple question.Expect left over bread if you go to this place around 10 am which is not too early to expect fresh baked bread and it was easy for both workers to say our bread is from yesterday and then I will get it but instead both seems to get offended by simple question. Manger you have some work to do in training your employees and respect customers. Workers seems to care less.

Do not park in their parking lot. Apparently, being inside doesn’t count as being on the “premises.” Your car will be towed faster than you can complete your order. Ruthless and predatory towing relationship they’ve built. One of the most expensive meals you’ll have. Not going to this Subway again.

this place is ridiculous. we parked in their parking lot to get food and then went to run into target for 3 minutes beforehand so we didn't have to walk around with our food. when we came back our car towed. this place is such a joke and whoever is in charge of security is pathetic. he needs to get a life and stop being such a l***** i hope this place gets shut down and i hope whoever is trying to tow everyone's cars gets a life.

Subway #13996. Ordered 350.00 worth of food for the staff in the ICU at the University of MN Hospital. The order was placed 5 days before the event. Specific directions to the ICU staff. They delivered it to security and it sat in the office from noon until 5PM. The order contained tuna, which all had to be thrown out. Such disregard for feeding the front line folks. I'm furious and got " I don't think it was me" from the manager. No apology, no refund, nothing!!!!!

Predatory Towing whilst impersonating a security officer. Not wearing CDC nor State mandate Covid-19 mask while smoking and spotting for the privately owned Subway parking lot. While my husband walked me to pick up dessert and went to walk to Subway to pick up sandwiches for our kids and come back to get me he was greeted by our vehicle being loaded onto a tow truck. $100 fee, exposure to second hand smoke, covid and FoF knows what later-we’ve reported them to the consumer affairs office, and the second precinct for their unlawful procedures. Do not go to this Subway. Drive the extra few minutes to the other two nearby. Don’t risk it.

No stars! This place is a complete joke. Attempted to tow our car within 3 minutes of us walking to see what other businesses were down the same sidewalk, same street, connected to the parking lot-ahead of us ordering our sandwiches because there were patrons just walking into the store and were were trying to social distance. It's ok though, they had a fake plain clothed "security guard" Patrick, impersonating a legitimate company who was also not following mask mandates. He sits in his dirty pedophile van in the parking lot (it's tan and brown) and he watches you walk and calls the contracted tow companies. Predatory towing at its finest folks. We've inquired as to the business relationship between Subway and the spotter and the tow company to ensure no money is exchanging hands due to that being an illegal operation. Business has been reported for their lack of CDC and State mandates, reported to the Consumer Affairs Office, and first thing Tuesday (Monday is a holiday) we will be reporting them to the CDC, the Ramsey County Licensing office and the Subway corporate office. All this trouble for dinner. Plus a $100 drop fee for one chain. Happy new year and God bless!

Went to get a cold cut with lettuce tomato onion and heavy pickle. Everything was good till it came to pickles. He barely put any on so I asked for more. He added a little (like 5) and when I again asked for more he told me no he can't do that. First off I passed on a lot of over veggies just want a handful on each side of my sandwich. I was refused and led t without a sandwich at all.Very bad service. 1st time ever being told no. I've been eating this sandwich the same way all over the USA and have ever been told no

Didn't give me the footling season deal... Employee couldn't even explain why beside on app. Then asked for manager number and wasnt given anything.... Wasn't even asked if i want it toasted great place..

Charged our order for a wrong price, we asked but the server at the counter told us it's about the same price, when he charged us for an extra $2.50. Asked for compensation but he only offered us a cookie, which is $0.99. In the end we could only ask for 2 cookies as compensation. Disappointed of the service.

the worker towed my car after parking there for 3 minutes. absolutely corrupt. never eating here. horrible customer service and rotten people willing to bankrupt a poor university student with no remorse.
