I am well. Over 50 years old and the lady behind the counter refused to sell me a lighter because I didn't have ID and she was very rude about it. The lady behind the counter is very disrespectful and really enjoys telling people no to refuse to sell a 50-year-old man. A lighter is a sick sense of power that this woman enjoys way too much. You really ought to talk to her about customer service. This is why your store is going downhill fast. Staff like this will only kill your business

Huh😲 the store was closed due to some lost of electricity...... But the entire block has electricity!!! Did they miss paying their electric bill?? I mean come on! This is ridiculous?!!

Wow, Cashier came outside to tell everyone that the electric is out yet the Speed Way sign is totally lit up! It's always something going on with this actual location, I stay on the next block, I can post plenty of crazy situations that goes on with that gas station, But for now Ill just post this!!! 🚨

They are not open 24/7 as they advertise.
Right this minute they are closed.
They don’t offer the food they have advertised all over their store either.
Pretty much one of the saddest gas stations/ connivence stores you can find. The staff is lacking, the service is lacking, the products they carry are lacking, and half the time they’re not open.
I live a block away from them, and I’ve been there at least a dozen times and the doors were locked. A line of people out front waiting for service and the doors are locked.
They’re locked right now. I just walked back from there. Their doors are locked and their lights are off.
So their advertising of 24 / 7 is a lie.
They’re open when they feel like being open and closed when they feel like being closed.
They advertise pizza, but again, they have pizza when the feel like having pizza and they don’t when they don’t feel like having pizza.
Pretty much how they run every other aspect of their business.

Why are people allowed to sit right on the side of the building and smoke crack? Why are people allowed to sit right outside the front of the building and beg customers for money? And why are the employees always high?

Every time I come in to this location, the staff are always so friendly. They all have been nothing but kind to me and always have me laughing! I know this isn’t always the easiest location to work at, and I appreciate everything you guys do. There have been a few situations where a bit of chaos is going on outside, and the employees go above and beyond to make sure everyone is safe. Thanks for being a positive part of our neighborhood ☺️
