So I wanna lead with the people here were greatHowever I was told this is “one of the two T-mobile stores in minnesota that doesn’t serve old Sprint customers”Which (by fault of ownership, *not* because of day-to-day staff) gets you an instant 0/5 starsSprint and T-Mobile merged more than 3 years ago — what are we doing here? This cannot be anyone’s fault but the owner’s. Get it together. Thanks!

I usually visit this store to collect goodies for tmobile tuesday. Staffs are nice, friendly and attentive. This is accessible from skyway level.

Do not give these people a visa card. I needed to replace my Samsung phone and was told I could transfer all my data to the new one. When they tried to do a transfer I was told I needed to sign up for a new service plan. When I said no thank you they charged me a $35 restocking fee for a phone I never touched.

Pretty nice and empty which made it easy to get what u I went for some. The young lady I met was very helpful and insightful on my situation. I highly recommend this t mobile location

56 days ago I was walking past this store when, all of a sudden, my chest tightened and I felt pain in my left arm. I collapsed on the ground instantly. Luckily, unbeknownst to me, a savior was working that day. Through a window, I locked eyes with a young man arranging phone accessories. I was able to mouth a single word: help. He instantly rushed to my side, recognized the signs and symptoms of a heart-attack, and called 9-1-1. As he started to assess me while waiting for the ambulance, I began to drift out of consciousness. As my vision blurred, I was able to read his name… my hero was Michael. The last thing I saw was a pink fluorescent “T” on his uniform. At this point, it might as well have been Superman’s “S.”The next thing I know, I was in a hospital bed and you’ll never guess who was by my side…if you guessed Michael, you’d be correct. The nursing staff told me that he performed CPR on me for 16 minutes and without his help, I’d most likely be dead.I asked if there was anything I could do in return for this remarkably heroic act. All he asked of me was to leave a 5-star google review about his outstanding customer service.

I have had a couple of great experiences at the Downtown Minneapolis T-Mobile store. I highly recommend this store. The technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. The sometimes painful experience of purchasing a new phone and switching plans ended up not being so painful at all.

I've been a customer with T-Mobile for many years and have not always walked away from my visit completely satisfied with the customer service. Well recently, Monday of this week to be exact, my husband and I made a visit to our local store and it was a perfect and very appreciated experience with the assistance of Michael A. Michael is and Expert! He takes his time to help you understand you plan vs other plans, he is quite knowledgeable about products and services and seeks the answer to your question if he is unsure. We received more helpful service than expected and walked away loving T-Mobile again because of Michael A. Please honor him, promote him, clone him...do something great for him! Thanks again Michael A.

Fantastic customer service when helping me get my iphone fixed and then having the data transferred. The Store Manager and Mobile expert were attentive, incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to serve me. And I saw them give excellent service to the other customers. I often heard the manager say,.. "Do what is best for the customer" as I was waiting for data to download. Thank you to Rene and Michael for excellent service!

Let’s talk about why I ended up in this store.I’m a 16 year telecoms industry veteran, from mobile sales all the way to market director. I’ve worked for t-mobile as well back in the day. I ported back to Tmo after being with ATT for too long and the experience online and with support was god awful, your teams can’t even process a simple esim activation properly. Upon walking into your store I met drake lee. Within seconds I knew I had someone with competence and experience. He navigated TAP (Tmo activations portal) like it was nothing and within LITERAL seconds he got me up and running. I work at a hospital and your support teams essentially told me I was SOL until I met drake. Promote this guy because he might be the reason we port nearly 20 more lines over.
