When you place an Shipt order (for same day delivery) using Target.com or the Target app, be prepared to be forced always rate and tip your Shopper. The Target app will not allow you to dismiss a forced request to rate and tip your Shopper. I do not always want to tip or score a Shopper. Why? How's that old saying go? "If you can't say something good, say nothing!"Now my Target app is useless. (Maybe the request will time out? Let's hope so. There's lots of online order specials I'd like to access via Target's app.)

From out of town and never have seen a two story target. Love that there are registers on both floors. Dollar spot was on second floor and I had to ask to find it. Was organized but had several things out of stock. Lots of staff around in case you had a question.

Very sad and frustrating. I had bought an item from item that I returned new and unopoened. UPS confirmed that it was delivered, with exact weight. Target rep who opened the box forgot to scan. Since then I have been requesting them, but no response. Lori-the rep says box was empty with no contents. UPS says box weight was 15 lbs at delivery to Target. Cmon Target, have some mercy on customers. Order number (#9077866293846).

One bathroom? I witnessed numerous patrons struggle to use the locked family bathroom. Absolutely ridiculous for a centrally located store to have one toilet!!'

I was I could say I had a good experience here, but that was not the case. the management was really poor and every manager I came in contact with asking for help, questioned me and belittled me. thankfully there were other employees that helped me, but I do not understand how target can allow their managers to be so cruel to their customers.

When I worked in downtown Minneapolis, this was my main Target. I have known the lead of this store for a long time, he runs a great flagship. It is a two level store and they have a cool escalator that can take shopping carts up and down. After the George Flloyd riots, they shut down the liquor store, which was a really nice one.The staff is usually super nice and they have a Starbucks attached to it. They are right on Nicollet Mall, which is right on the nice street of downtown Minneapolis. The busses go right by from all over the city area. This is a really nice store!

This location is convenient to me when working, so I usually order ahead. While the pick-up service is friendly, I have yet to get everything I've ordered. It never fails that what I want is suddenly not in stock. I don't get "hot" items, so I do not know why this is the case. Do not bother trying to get Lemon Oreos - they NEVER have them. IDK if they're even made anymore. The downside of this location is the loitering. You sometimes have to get through a crowd of people who have nothing better to do than hang out there. There is a police/security presence, which spends most of their time inside the front of the store. Oh, be sure to get the bag fee refunded when you make a purchase and do not take a bag. It is built right into every sale, so you have to watch for it. When I've picked up an order and decided to grab a few things, I'll use the bags for which I've already been charged and get someone to remove the bag fee (on the rare occasion when I use the self-checkout. The cashiers are good about it, so it's not really a hassle.

Can't believe this is the location that represents their corporate office. It closes at 6 which inconveniences anyone who actually lives downtown, it is absolutely disgusting, and has hordes of people loitering and blocking the front doors screaming. I can't even grocery shop after work because they close down so early. This is the closest location to their corporate office, and it is laughable how trashy their closest store is.

I cannot believe this is the best Target out of three that I can get to easily. I do not like going downtown. Usually, I avoid it like the plague. Last time I went out there was late last week. They have decided to block off almost all of the lobby for foot traffic control. This has nothing to do with covid. There is security at the front entrance, good because I had to tell him there were a bunch of guys just hanging out in the restroom causing a ruckus. Speaking of entryways, revolving doors suck. This store carries plenty of grocery items and has a pharmacy. Also, their stock level is good and they have a good assortment of products. They decided to close the liquor store, again, nothing to do with covid. It seems that it's location is the biggest challenge for them. Downtown shopping is not what it was in the 80's. Hopefully, it will recover soon.

This is the location adjacent to the company's corporate HQ, so coming in I expected to see a store set up, stocked and run to perfection as I imagined the HQ people coming down to snoop around and who wants to be the one who screws it up for everyone else. To my delight, this store is very well set up, stocked and run. We come here a lot for just about everything other than food - especially things for our son. Baby food pouches, clothes, toys, all sorts of stuff. At Christmas time, we got a lot of decorations here. Because the store is so well maintained and stocked, you can always find what you need. And unlike the suburban stores, it isn't always packed with people. It is often busy but no chaotic. Also, there is free parking under the building and it is attached to the skyway to avoid that lovely winter weather.

The review is for Target Headquarters. 2021 The best online shopping experience. Unlike everywhere else, they don't jack up the price like during the pandemic. They do limit the items that you can buy, but that's okay, don't be greedy, you need to leave stuff for someone else. The packaging is terrible, items came upside down, crushed or dented. The packaging people are trying to pack the stuff like tetris without using bubble wraps, some even broken in bubble wraps. But when you chat with them a bit, they will replace with new products and now the service is even better. It's fully automatic, refund, return is super easy, for the items that you can't fixed it? They have people who chat with you. Unlike 2020, they are friendly and polite to talk to, Just a bit slow. The Target buyers are really fun, they constantly looking for fun stuff to buy without breaking the law and the quality they deliver is stable. Target is unlike the giant e-commercials nowadays that kept selling counterfeits or cheap stuff that contains overdoses toxic and chemicals like leads, mercury...etc. in products that we never thought about, something that will harm people's life. 2021 Target is going crazy good ! The only thing that they needs to do is to provide semi- gourmet foods. Like the ones that you can get from Worldmarket.

Went to Nicollet Mall target with my aunt today Nice store! 2 Levels I haven't been in since its been remodeled a few years ago I was in there about 5 or 6 years ago Love the new look! Love the huge grocery selection! Love the artwork on the wall as you walk in! Has a Wine And Spirits and a Starbucks inside! I normally shop at the Crystal Target or a Super Target in either Plymouth or Knollwood.

I am so angry to find out that Target has closed my account after 22 years. They sent me a letter telling me I had 60 days to use my card. I finally went into Target, during the pandemic, and tried to use my card, at about the 30 day mark, only to find out they had already closed my account. Calls to their "customer service" were of no help. They informed me they could not reactivate my account of 22 years, but was free to apply again. This affects my credit score and is LOUSY customer service. I have limited shopping during this pandemic, and you would think they would have been a little more lenient. I am so angry I cannot see straight. I will never, ever, purchase anything from Target again.

At 3:27p.m., central time, today, I telephoned Target Guest Relations and informed your staff that order 1467153063419 was misdelivered to the top of a wall 20 feet from my, back, door where I cannot reach it due to a disability. Your staff informed me that they contacted Fedex who promised to relocate to my back door (which was in the instructions when I placed the order. Despite my, EXCESSIVE, PATIENCE More than FIVE hours later, the relocation hasn't happened and Guest Relations whines about it being after 9 pm and WRONGFULLY is demanding that I call NEXT week! This is a food order that I MUST HAVE TONIGHT! Expecting Target and Fedex to PROPERLY deliver my package is a REASONABLE expectation. Several of my follow-up calls were disconnected by Guest Relations who fails to understand integrity and PROPER customer service! Please deliver my package, to my back door, TONIGHT, by 10:30 pm, eastern. DO THE RIGHT THING FOR YOUR CUSTOMER!!! My publicly-listed phone number is 304-415-6397.
