I had an incredible experience at the 900 Nicollet mall location, I’ve never had to own a pair of glasses before and Trevor made the process so painless and simple. You can tell he’s had YEARS of experience in the industry. Whenever I’m in town again I’ll make sure and go when he’s working for sure.

Trevor and Dr.Shika were really nice and helpful. My insurance didn’t cover lenses but Trevor made sure to find as many deals as he could so I could afford my pair. Really nice people. I usually bring someone with me to try glasses on too but I was alone this time and Trevor was so nice about helping find what looked good on my head.

I had a great experience at Target Optical! I was seen right away and greeted by a very nice and knowledgeable customer service representative who made me feel comfortable from the start. The doctor was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout the exam. My glasses fit perfectly, arrived within a week, and the prices were very reasonable compared to other places. I highly recommend Target Optical for both quality service and affordability.

I always have a great experience at this optical. Trevor is always willing to help with everything, and he was awesome, friendly, patient, and really knowledgeable. He took the time to explain my options and made sure I felt comfortable with my choice. The whole process was smooth, and I walked away confident that I got exactly what I needed. I’d definitely recommend asking for Trevor if you go in!

The team at Target Optical downtown are great. Each time I have come in I have had excellent customer service, and worked with knowledgeable people. I recently stopped in for replacement lenses for my glasses. While waiting I expressed an interest in sunglasses. Jessica was great! She sensed my vibe and personality and had suggestions on how to customize glasses I liked. She also encouraged me to consider some that were close, but not exactly what I was gravitating toward. The result is I now have sunglasses that I love. Thanks Jessica and team!

Jess and Trevor are seriously amazing. They go above and beyond. I have a super high prescription and they were able to match me with glass and sunglasses(custom). I’m so glad I went with their recommendations. I’m a happy customer and excited to show off my glasses. 1000/10 recommend.

Their pre appointment paper work was a breeze! They warned me my insurance wasn’t being able to be verified. Turns out my HR forgot to enroll me! Thank you target optical for bringing this to my attention!

Target uses Optom Spot to operate this location, and they are a royal pain to work with. I scheduled an appointment, and specifically requested no text messages, but they keep texting me. They have an online form to check in, and it is annoyingly long and tedious to fill out. They also rescheduled my appointment because the doctor couldn't make it in on time, and then asked me to fill out the online check in form again, which only remembered a few basic items. Then they called and told me they couldn't verify my vision insurance (which I was giving to them directly off my vision coverage site) and wanted to bill it to my medical insurance instead. I can take a hint. I'll be going somewhere that actually wants my business, thank you very much.
