Please send someone to your Newnan, GA location!!!! Help us. As former MN residents we love target and miss that target feeling of shopping there. This location is complete trash and feels like a Wal Mart or dollar general at best.

Target gives a promotional $5 and then turns around and takes it out of your account. This is a SCAM! This isn't a promotion or a coupon. You are giving $5 and then taking the $5 back. Absolutely disgusting. Canceling my Red Card today that I have had for years because of this scam. What a joke!

I have been speaking with the Target Fraud department since last December 2022 about fraudulent charges on a red card (Over $4000) We have called them over a dozen times, only to be told that they will have a supervisor call me back within 72 hours, then no one calls you back. I would advise EVERYONE that has a Target Red Card Debit card to CUT IT UP NOW! Target will not stand behind any fraud charges on them, even thou your bank and other institutions have in this case and will in the future.I personally thought after being a Target customer for 20+ years that they were a customer centric company, clearly, they are not and are only about the bottom line. I won't be shopping there any longer.

So I ordered knull/venom action figures a long time ago and my order was cancelled. I ordered it again, still early, and they sent two crunched up toys, sent in boxes that were clean and undamaged. They intentionally sent me damaged goods and these things aren’t cheap. Well overpriced. Started at 75 or 80$ and went to half price. When corporations get to the point where they ship trash and don’t stand behind sales, is when business is bad. Marvel-Disney should know how their dealers treat their fans.I called three times and got hung up on 3 times with no call backs. One was an escalation, the manager or specialist hung up half way after I answered her question. I never was impolite or loud at any time. Garbage customer service or none in this case.In the end they said they ran out and I got nothing. How they do preorders is dirty at best. Target is slipping.

I love target. LOOOOVVVVE target. But y’all need to get your women’s clothing style in order. What. Are. You. Thinking??? Seriously? I can’t buy my clothes at target anymore and it makes me sad… you’re missing the mark!Please give us some structure and bring back classic looks with blouses, skirts, and a-line dresses.

I had the occasion to go shopping at your Lady Lake, Florida store on November 22. I was shopping for our Angel Tree. In the toy department, I was assisted by a young man named Dustin. Not only did he tell me where to find the items I needed, he took me right to them! I also needed a "doll stroller", he took me where they were, found there were none. He checked and found there were some in the back. He went right back and got me one and stocked the shelf. Amazing! He's a keeper. In the children's shoe area, I could not find the size I needed, a lady working in the area, (I'm sorry, I did not get her name), took me right to the area and the size and we had a nice conversation on the upcoming holiday. You have won me over. I will always shop with you first.

Target, your website for online ordering and pickup is awful. It continually jumps from one item to the next, and loses information as you try to pick other items to buy. Furthermore, many items are unavailable that you say are in stock! Terrible—costing you big time every day.

Complained about Target on Commerce Way in Woburn MA. The shelves are empty. Homegoods section is a joke, and entertainment area is a confusing mess. The smart watches were on the bottom of a display table in boxes. No pictures. Poor clerk was trying her best. No reply from corporate.

I'm on Disability and receive EBT benefits. Target, unlike Amazon and Walmart, yes you read that correctly. When it comes to buying food online and if you receive EBT benefits you can buy food using your EBT benefits from Amazon and Walmart but NOT Target.Very disappointed in Target. You would think that they would be up with the time, but there still in the past and losing money, while Amazon and Walmart are making more than Target. Hopefully one day Target will allow us that are Disabled and have EBT benefits to shop online using are EBT Benefits.

Not happy with Target anymore. I ordered a $500 shower gift for my future daughter-in-law and it never came. I called and spoke to a man who literally could not speak English. I finally figured out he said it was in the warehouse. I just cancelled the order and went to another store.Then a few days ago I ordered a Step2 cruiser for my grandson and it came on time but when I took out the hundred of pieces to put together a piece was missing. I had to haul it back. It looked as if someone else had tried to put together but decided to return it. So I think I got an already opened product. It should have never been sold to me. Lots of trouble for nothing. I will be shopping somewhere else.

Hi target, I like your stores. You have a very good business model. I find a lot of things I need here. Staff is usually pretty friendly. But for some reason today the store in La Verne California is playing Mexican music on the PA . I’m talking about songs being sung in Spanish not English The store is in the United States. So just wondering if you knew about that? I don’t get it.
