I think the whole staff was smoking weed. No hustle no care.After responding to the form that was linked below and writing an extensive review, the customer service said they would be back to me in 2-3 business days. Those days came and went and I let them know. The customer service told me they would be back with me quickly. This was another 3 days ago. The basics of do what you say you will trickle down to the store level.

The WORST TGI Fridays experience we have ever had. Thanks for ruing my partners 40th Bday lunch! 1st- ordered an app of boneless wings, plain, with the sauce on the side. Wings come out with a dry rub on them, waitress could not understand just pain naked wings. Shortly after the rest of our apps come out. The Wisky sampler. Again, wings where supposed to be plain, came out sauced. There was about 15 minutes between the two apps, who knows why.2nd- I ordered the Cajon Pasta, no chicken, the sauce was the consistency of paste, its like they ran out of the already sauce that gets mixed in and just said screw it, send it out. My partner ordered the Whiskey Burger. That didn't come out till about 25 min after my meal and our friends meal. The kicker, it was my partners BDay and he LOVES Fridays, and had to wait and wait and wait for his burger. Now, we are not done yet...oh no....the birthday desert that he used his rewards for, that took another 25-30 min to get. I had to go to the bartender to ask what was going on. 3rd- waitress had NOOOOO idea what was going one. Came back to the table every few min to ask us questions about what we ordered, who had what. Whe the bill came, it was STILL incorrect. Worst part, there was a total of 4 other people in the whole restaurant. When we were seated, we were behind the table the manager(s) were sitting at. It had a bunch of silver wear sitting out ready to be rolled. Once we started ordering, they left and were never seen again.So Kong story short, thanks for a 2 hour lunch, wrong food, not being able to all eat together and disappointing someone on tjier birthday. How sad.

Came in 03/23/24 around 7pm. 10 tables there, max. Most were seated in high tops near the bar.Ordered chips and salsa, app sampler and loaded mashed potatoes.Salsa tasted like canned tomato sauceChips not saltedLoaded Mashed potatoes not seasoned, missing chives/sour creamPotato skins not seasonedBoneless wings tasted okayMozzarella sticks tasted okay, but were clearly frozenFood sat in window, plates were hotNot an enjoyable experience, will not be back to this location.

1. Almost 1 hour to be seated after being told 10 min, same guy came back and asked us if we been helped huh u told me 10 min? strike 1.2. After being seated then we realized plenty of tables had not been cleaned ? strike 2.3. We should have gave up on them only thing they made sure they brought out were drinks we felt like we had to wait because we already started running a tab I know where not to bring my family ?Also there was no need to respond offering a refund not needed or asking for names im sure you guys know exactly which store it is

Part of a conference at the Doubletree this weekend. The restaurant was critically understaffed (one male bartender in the evening). The food for multiple entrees was unacceptably overcooked. We ended up putting up signage not to go there at our work con.

Food was horrible cold. When talked to manger took my food threw it away and said either pay or calling police and didn't ask if wanted food he threw out and also didn't offer to replace food called over and over got no response from upper management nothing.Dietary restrictions: You lots of customers that have to watch what to eat that tastes good
