Everything was sooo delicious. Christopher was our server and he was awesome! This was me and my husband's first time eating anywhere this nice and Christopher gave us amazing recommendations on drinks (love martini and pineapple meltdown, both delicous). He was very knowledgeable about the menu and explained everything very clearly for us. We didnt have any questions after he walked us through the menu, he was very thorough and clear. He gave some recommendations and did not disappoint, everything tasted amazing. I will definetly be going back!

Fun meal with friends in a private room. Waiter was great. Fondue was fine. Pricey with drinks.

This was our first visit there and it is amazing. Definitely plan on a long visit when you go. It is very relaxed and the food is delicious. Our server, Tana, was amazing, very friendly and knowledgeable. Great value for the money you spend. We will be back

My family showed up without reservations like we’ve done before to have dessert. The hostess informed us they were unable to seat us as there was no availability. Shocked and puzzled I decided to go check reservations on their website. To confirm my suspicion that they did in fact have tables available. Magically I was able to book a reservation for 15 minutes later. Amazing, right? Once sat, our server Zach made it known he was displeased to have us. To be fair, the dessert was great as usual. The service, was a 1/10. There was nobody else waiting for a table so a filled table seems more profitable than an empty table. Maybe I’m wrong?

Just don’t go here. I have tried so hard to overlook the bad service and food bc it’s theoretically a special experience - the truth is the food is not good, they are severely understaffed, it’s barely attractive in there, the drinks aren’t great. The fondue is not delicious or special enough to deal with the negative parts. Plus it’s very expensive for how not good it is.I hosted my daughter’s 11th birthday here last year - took 30 minutes to even get food ordered let alone served and completed for 4 kids. Adults sat at the bar, ate very mediocre salads and cheese fondue and had pretty bad drinks.Tonight, called in about dessert at 7:45 (kids wanted), no answer, voicemail said they’re open til 10, walk up to the host at LITERALLY 8:02 pm, say we just want dessert, she says we stop seating at 8. I mention the call, the voicemail message, the dessert only, but nothing - manager says no. There are so many empty tables, I can’t see why this place is turning down money.Anyway, that was the last time. There are SO MANY other better restaurants for the price nearby.

Always a favorite. Fresh food with an experience that you can partake in yourselves. The bonus was a private little both that had a curtain that we could shut to make it a completely romantic experience. Our server, Tyler, was absolutely fantastic.

I was there with friends to celebrate my birthday. Zachary was very outgoing and kind. The 6 of us were new to this experience so we were grateful to have his insight. He made my experience memorable and I appreciated the service. I felt the food was jist the right amount and it was delicious. The only thing that I did not appreciate was trying to call numerous times for literally 3 days in a row and could never get through. I had some changes in the reservations and I was apologetic to the host when I got there and she was very understanding. It's hard enough without an answering machine but that is poor customer service. On a lighter note, I am also thankful for the "5th Course" - chocolate covered strawberries. That was kind to receive as a freebie for my birthday. (With the email offer of course.)

Review years later. My first and unfortunately only experience. Everything was great. I was super impressed by the method of kinda cooking the food yourself. Awesome flavor too so it's not just for show.

Very happy we had a positive experience here even with managing food allergies to shellfish, egg, peanuts and tree nuts. I spoke to the kitchen manager first and they felt very confident they could serve us a safe meal without cross contact with any of the allergens. Our server was pleasant and answered all our questions well. We stuck to veggies, fruit and meat as dippers and tried both a cheese fondue and a broth for cooking the meat. Even though the food was delicious and it was a positive experience, it felt like they were short staffed with only one server during lunch. We were there 2.5 hours which seemed pretty long and there was a lot of waiting. I’ve also previously been here with someone with gluten and dairy sensitivities and we were equally impressed with the dairy free cheese option and gluten free bread dippers! Thanks to the management team, kitchen and servers for being so accommodating for people with various dietary needs!

As always - wonderful experience and the service staff was amazing! We did a 'for two' with one 'al-la-cart' as it was our daughter's first time. The food was delicious (though we did not do the lobster add on this time) and the guidance for cook times was impeccable. We chatted up the bar tender while waiting for our table and he leaked the secret about the "Leap Year Discount" - always fun to -feel- like you got an inside scoop as we had no emails or text messages about it!First time we did the Flaming Turtle dessert... WOW! Scrumptious but very rich - totally recommend cutting the marshmallows into quarters!Dietary restrictions: We are a gluten free family and The Melting Pot DID NOT let us down - gluten free bread for cheese fondue, and only one dipping sauce was off limits! Everything else was available from the menu and we had no feeling that we missed out at all. Definitely recommend.

Not worth the cost for what you're getting, charged $17 for a couple balloons, weird
