My daughter and her roommates have just signed on for their third consecutive year at The Station, and as a parent I have been very pleased with their choice! The location cannot be beat, their apartment is in great condition, the amenities are good and management was quick to reply to me when I had a suggestion several months ago. This last round of re-signing went smoothly, with Maddi helping facilitate some updating of info - so pleasant and prompt to work with!

As a student at the University of Minnesota, this has been an exceptional place to live! The location is ideal, and Maya from the leasing office has been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout my leasing experience. Highly recommend!

I’ve been at Station on Washington for more than three years. I really like this apartment; the management is excellent, very safe, and clean. Additionally, I really appreciate the leasing office staff. I’d like to specifically thank Jamies—he is truly a friendly and responsible staff member. I often have many packages to pick up, and every time he sees me, he’s always nice. He even takes the initiative to help me place the heavy packages on a cart, which has made things much easier for me. A few times when I encountered issues with the apartment, he promptly communicated them to the manager, ensuring my problems were resolved quickly. Moreover, his friendly attitude really touched me. Besides Jamies, some of the young students working part-time at the leasing office are also very friendly and responsible. Overall, Station on Washington is a highly recommended apartment, especially due to the wonderful leasing office staff and services. The management and cleanliness are also excellent.

I absolutely love living at the Station. It is such an inviting environment and the staff is amazing. Maddi was extremely helpful in helping me understand my lease and finding the actual price i’ll have to pay.

My experience living here has been great. It’s very quiet and clean here. I appreciate the convenience of having a gym and a computer center to print for free. The management is very nice and responsive whenever I requested repairs and light replacements. Although it’s true that there can be sketchy people near our area, they’ve taken our feedback seriously by installing an external lock, having a security guard in the front entrance after hours, and providing us an emergency number for suspicious activity. Overall, the management team does care about our comfort and takes action to improve our stay based off our feedback.
