It was a no pressure appointment where they set out to educate us on the Gem experience and presented so many options. Richard was awesome to work with. We had tried a big box jeweler before meeting up with Richard and the experience was night and day. Highly recommend working with this team.

Richard was attentive, friendly, and patient with us as we looked for our wedding rings. I did not feel pressured at all, which is contrary to my usual experience shopping. It is a beautiful store and I highly recommend stopping in!

Our family has used this jeweler for decades and have recommended them to a dozen people! Today was my first experience personally purchasing a ring and working with Gabriel was incredibly easy. He was very friendly and explained all the steps of customizing a ring that was exactly what I was looking for and put me at ease so it was hassle free!
