2014 Audi RS7. I grew up in an auto garage.
I brought in four used wheels and four tires to be mounted and balanced. The cashier with a thick African accent tried to ignore my concerns, just kept telling me to have a seat. I told them I wanted to mount and balance four tires. I saw on the security cameras that they dismounted my old tires from my old wheels. I notified the cashier since customers aren't allowed in the workshop. The cashier said that's not my car.
He was wrong. The tech finally came to the front and said the tires don't fit after they dismounted my old tires from the wheels.
I explained to the cashier the tires weren't going to fit the rims on my car, hence having more rims in the car. Cashier tried to let me know it was not a big deal just double work for them.
That's not ok, my problem is I tried to point out their mistakes many times to the cashier and he laughed at me, then treated me like I didn't know what I was doing.
The cashier never asked me for clarifications or explained the quote/estimate before starting the job. This could have been avoided if he asked me what I needed instead of making assumptions then telling me to shut up and sit down. Then he blamed me for not notifying the tech. That's his job, customers aren't allowed in the garage. Won't be back.
This should've been an hour job I've been here nearly 3 hours.
To top it off, they didn't balance any of my eight wheels or tires, only mounted them.
And all of my directional tires are facing the same way (two should be facing the other way.)
Insurance was going to inspect the damage on my old wheels and tires but now they're all mixed up.
One of my original tires now has a slow leak.

I stopped at Tires Xpress last week for a diagnosis and oil change. All my questions were answered, the price was fair and the mechanic, Rick was very helpful. I was told that they are under new management with a new owner

I think I just my new mechanic/garage! Used to take all my cars to a garage in Blaine for years, but decided to them a try given mobility issues & location. Stopped by prepared to make an appointment. I'm sorry I don't recall the gentleman's (possible owner) name but he quickly looked at what I needed and said he could take care of it today. I returned at 2pm as agreed but sent my son. Told him it would take 30 minutes. The price was more than reasonable for rear brake pads. I even got a little extra at no charge. Speed & pricing will make me a returning customer!

Excellent Customer Service! I had my oil changed, it was super quick, easy and affordable. Jeremy was terrific! The team was polite and answered all my questions politely. They were very patient, thorough and detailed with a new car owner. I really appreciate them and I'll be a returning customer!!

Took my acura TL 2004 for four flat tires, came out with a new valve stem and charge me 275 close 300 for four tires. They never give receipt. It was a younger male, walmart only charge $18 per tires. Don't recommend anyone go to tire xpress unless you know your stuff

I went in already knowing the condition of my tires and the service guy gave me three options which I was ready to pay for. After he could not patch the tire due to not too much thread, he came up to me, asking for checking fees, which he never told me from the beginning of my visit. Very poor communication and I think that's STEALING.

This people should rectify their closing time online and stop fooling prospective clients. It's 4.36 pm, Saturday, April 27 2024. I drove all the way to this shop on Brooklyn Blvd in Brooklyn Park. Shop is closed and it is not yet 6.00 p.m. which is the closing time on Saturdays. Please make correct accordingly. Thank you for wasting my time.
