The braiding service is done well—tight enough to last but not too tight—and the styles last a long time. They are patient, especially with kids. The customer service is amazing, addressing any concerns fairly. The studio is cute, and they offer waters, snacks, and suckers. Prices are fair. Many customers are completely satisfied and plan to return.
