Again. Amazed and impressed on how the fitting process dials in the "right" club. Mark O at the Minneapolis 2nd Swing location was smooth, knowledgeable and literally took me through four or five separate upgraded driver options for me to compare to my Taylor Made R1 that has been treating me well. Once down the "the" club, a Ping G425, Mark then tweaked my R1 to better match my swing with five balls each per club. Night and day difference, the Ping G425 wins. Actually was heading straight to the course for a round with the new driver. Happy place. The value in having someone dial in what you are looking for from the thousands, literally, thousands of choices available at these stores and online is priceless. Thanks again Mark and Andrew.

I pre-ordered a putter back in June. They charged me for the club at checkout. 3 months later I called them to see where my order is or any news on it and they told me that is sold out and they will issue me a refund. Horrible customer service. I will never buy from. 2nd swing again. Stay fat away from them. I'll shop locally. If I didn't call they I would have lost my money.

Absolutely outstanding. I had an outdated set, they (Warren) took time with me, was an excellent analyst of my swing, tried multiple variables in irons, and I think nailed the he best set for me. When he could've gotten things done quicker, he took the time. He could've tried to get me to do the woods and putter in same first fitting session, but asked recommended I spend more time, do a second fitting, to get it right. I will recommend to everyone who'll listen, who hasn't been fitted for clubs by them, to come here and do so.

Every time I've come here there's always been some sort of attitude issue with anyone that I've asked for assistance where they either seem like they don't want to help or they make suggestions that have nothing to do with what I'm asking for. I didn't want to leave a review without giving them a fair chance so I came back six times and the result was always the same. Don't waste your time go to the Minnetonka location instead. They at least ask questions to better understand what you're looking for.

I ordered and received a golf club that was listed to be in "above average" condition. The club had a rusted club face. I would not consider that to be "above average" condition. I sought a refund for the club and the refund process was slow. Customer Service staff stated that refunds are processed in 2-3 business days was the returned club is received. But the refund actually took more than a week, and may have been longer if I did not email to ask about when the refund would be processed.

Went to 2nd Swing for a club fitting; Warren Bailey did an excellent job of spending time to analyze which clubs would be best for me now and for the future. He even had me just keep the driver I had been using...no pressure to buy. I ended up buying a a set of irons, hybrids, one smaller driver and a putter. I can't wait to try my new clubs! Thank you Warren!!!

I had a driver fitting at this location recently and had a great experience! Jacob was my fitter- he took time to review my stats with me and chose drivers for me to try accordingly. I purchased a great Titlest driver. Thank you Second Swing and Jacob!!!

Heard great stories about their instore fitting and sales services. I have followed their youtube channel for quite some time and finally decided to order a custom P790 iron from 2nd swing. I picked from the available options on their site and placed my order on June 17th. Five days later I received an email advising that the shaft option I picked was not available. After a little back and forth over a few days, I ask if I can use my credit toward the purchase of a pre owned set instead and pay the difference. 2nd swing agrees and send me an invoice for the set of Sim 2 Max irons I selected. I pay for the order on June 30th.Im told my order will be shipped out the next day after payment is received. Well... I dont see any shipping updates on July 1st or 2nd, but I figure its due to the 4th of July weekend. July 5th I see label created in the tracking info. On July 11th I still have not received my order. I check the tracking and it still says Label created, but there is no movement. I call and speak to a rep who can't explain why my order hasn't shipped, but says he will call taylormade and see what the delay is. We hang up, but then I realize that the irons I ordered were supposedly " pre owned in stock" clubs at 2nd swing. So I call back and inform that rep of the issue. He says its about to be closing time so he will look into it and send me updated tracking info in the morning. Around 2pm on July 12th I haven't received any updates so I call back. I speak to a rep and explain the situation and he puts me on hold. After a few minutes he tells me the rep whos handling my order is on the phone, but he will call me back. Its now July 14th and I havent heard back from the rep. Their site is a mess and needs massive updating, which explains their disorganization on processing orders. Terrible customer service. Prices are ridiculous. I found the same set of Sim 2 Max irons available at global golf NEW for 19 bucks more. Now I have to dispute my charge because the rep is dodging my calls and won't call me back. Won't be shopping with 2nd swing again.

I went to buy a new putter and wasn't expecting the kind of service that I got. Dean was friendly, knowledgeable and made sure I was set up with the right putter for me. Dean never rushed me or pushed me toward any certain brand. Thanks Dean for a great experience.

I went to buy a set of gold clubs to get me started. Jeff, the salesman that helped us was VERY helpful and friendly. He was a true salesman. Stuck with me every step of the way to make sure I was taken care of. Super knowledgeable. I had never been to 2nd swing before and they have a lot in stock, bays to gold in and try clubs out and a large area downstairs to put. very happy with my visit.
