AJMAL & his TEAM of absolute professionals helped me out TWICE when I needed an immediate emergency repair after another shop completely messed up the exhaust on my 2021 Toyota Highlander. Both times, Hayford was able to weld everything back up properly and get my exhaust exactly where I wanted it with the performance setup I chose.
The first time, they got me in on the 4th of July with only a few hours' notice. The second time, they took care of me with same-day service even though it was already toward the end of their day. That kind of customer service is extremely hard to find.
They are knowledgeable, trustworthy, do excellent work, and their pricing is more than fair. I've struggled for over 20 years to find a mechanic/shop that I truly feel comfortable trusting, and Hayford Automotive has earned that trust.
I would recommend them to absolutely anyone. If you're looking for a shop that actually cares about its customers and stands behind the quality of its work, this is the place to go.

“Fantastic experience. My water heater went out and I called our usual plumber and was told they were booked out 9 days. 9 days with no hot water isn't acceptable. Found company, made an online appointment same day, recorded a little video of my situation, attached it and some pictures, and two hours later they were here swapping out my water heater. They had what I needed on the truck, were prepared, professional and polite. I took a hot shower a couple hours later grinning ear to ear. I've got a new plumbing company now! “How you are able to tell the true integrity of a business isn't when things go right, but when they go wrong. I had a transmission replaced with a remanufactured unit by Tran Auto.... It went bad, two weeks after leaving the shop the transmission went out again and took the transfer case with it. Peter went above and beyond to insure that the rebuilt manufacturer provided a replacement and took care of all of the other necessary repairs. He also had to deal with a frustrated customer... me. Which he also handled extremely well. I just can't say enough about how well I was treated and the level of service they demonstrated.”
“Paco and his friends have worked on my car many times now. Each time was pretty fast!! I never had to return for a problem with their work. Paco also told me about other things that should be done. Also a timeline of what should be done and when. And approximate pricing of each job. He also told me to get 2 new tires for the front end. Which I did immediately. His pricing is great! Appointments were fast! He gives you an estimate for the necessary repairs. He sticks with the number! He doesn't add in a bunch more money for added on expenses like quite a few other shops do. They also have a nice little waiting room with a tv for you to watch while waiting. All the mechanics that work there are decent, kind, respectful and knowledgeable. I would give them 100 stars if I could! Paco and his team are mechanics that you can actually TRUST!!!!”
“I got an oil change and full diagnosis of my car for $50. Customer service was amazing, very thorough and helpful, very nice. I initially just got it inspected and it was free but went in to get further testing. Only 4 stars because they left my lights on when I got back to my car. Absolutely go here for quality service and price.”

Glenn helped me find a used taillight for my car and the mechanic also troubleshooted and fixed a scary noise that had cropped up in my 2013 Honda CRV the previous day. “I can not express how kind and understanding the staff there are, especially Micheal Martinez. I was having issues with my brakes, and they were able to diagnose that issue rather than just say to replace my brakes (like other shops I visited, and more affordable for the same work).
I wanted a second opinion as I was deciding which shop to make my regular, and this has solidified that decision to make AAMCO in Crystal as my store from now on.
