I went there like a month or two ago wanting to sell a wedding ring with real and lab made diamonds which they knew of, however, they still decided to take it to the back to “inspect” it. I didn’t think much of it since it is a professional location but I was wrong I made the error of not inspecting it when they gave it back to me and only noticed a few hours later they they stole the real diamonds that made the wedding ring worth something. There attitude and everything was a walking red flag I’m taking it as racism and honestly I’m wishing the worst on them and their known ones, stealing from people in general is a crime.

Worse pawn shop chain in the area, if you are a customer just know they think of you as lower than dirt. They will be rude and disrespectful while lowballing you on every item. Run this pawn company out of town!

They were kind, curtious, & helpful. I had just broken my foot, had surgery, and needed to pawn my last few items to get smokes before I lost my apartment. Yes the same month of breaking my foot and surgery. Thank you.
