I really recommend going to other places for renting a UHaul. They gave me the grossest UHaul I have ever had - and I don't expect them to be shiny either. I absolutely had to shower after being in that hazardous of a truck.

I got scammed. Rate is advertised as $29.95, it cost me over $120!
Before returning it, I refueled the truck to above the level it was when I got it. It was near quarter tank, I put in near half tank of gas. Yet I was still charged a refueling service and fuel fees!
Also, I brought back the truck before midnight. But by the time I got to the key drop off box, which is on the other side of a very long block, and read and follow the return procedure, it was a few minutes past midnight. I ended up being charged for two rental periods when I had it for just one.
On their website, as you go through the procedures before you put the key to the truck in the drop off box, there is an option to disagree or question some of the fees and give them an explanation. However, if you select it, you’re not able to finish the procedure and complete the return. End up paying whatever they say.
On a positive note, the man at the service desk at pickup time was friendly and nice.

Was listed as having a pick up at 8 but the place wasn’t open, so we waited an hour to get our truck. Place is trashed as well

Yes the directions for the location of their office and the vehicles none of that match their office doors faced East on 2nd Street their trucks were scattered to the North and North West of the parking lot of the same block they were trucks on the east and west side of the same block and nobody was there in the office to complete our order that we did online and prepaid for took our time and our effort and I consideration so we had to call the corporate office and have them contact their contact and have some lady come open the office and meet us because these people left early they are probably just being a representative for you all for the extra money cuz if you look at the location there's a bunch of Mexicans which is bad for your business and for our neighborhood so to kick the whole thing off the U-Haul application did not work properly to return the truck on time at 4:45 as the paperwork says so I was forced to have to pay a whole another rental fee and I should be returned that cuz I had to put up with emotional stress for my girlfriend about this truck and now I'll probably have to use that return money to buyers something to eat

Got the truck, but they didn’t have any moving blankets and I didn’t find out that they “don’t carry them because they’re a hassle” until I got there. Luckily employee caught that I still had them on my invoice and removed them so I wouldn’t get charged. Truck’s gas was on E when I picked it up as well ??♀️

I made a reservation. When I showed up, the doors were locked. On the door, there was a number to call. The guy said he was at lunch and would be back in 1 1/2 hrs. Poor business. I wasted my whole night and could not do my move because of his ineptness.

Staff is very rude. Well the lady that answer the is phone. She have a bad communication skills, up tight n disrespectful I called four times and she like u again then hang up.... I just want to make sure my reservation is there because of the last time I make reservations they didn't have the truck I ask for.

This was the best usual experience I've had! The person at the counter was friendly, quick, and had great customer service skills. The trailer was clean and well maintained. If you are looking to rent from uhaul of go here. Just make sure you look for the glass doors at the side of the building for the office. ?

Honestly worst customer service out of all locations in the city. Always the same lady working the desk who is insanely unhelpful and is never around when I come in. I've waited in there for half an hour before while the staff next door tries to loacate/contact her. Very demeaning attitude and clearly doesn't care one bit about the people's timeframes or grievances. Always changes my bookings to different trucks too so she doesn't have to park the just used trucks around the corner in the lot. Don't recommend. Will gladly drive an extra 5 miles to a different location so I don't have to deal with this place again.

Don't try to drop off your uhaul here or expect this business to be open when they say they will. No one is here and no one is answering the phone listed on the front door. DO NOT COME HERE

Person helping me told me we could return the Uhaul after hours via a lock box. The lockbox was locked indoors for the night so we had to go back in the morning.Additionally, we learned that Mpls Auto Care routinely tows Uhauls 'improperly parked' despite the fact that there are no marking for where to park the Uhaul and where not to. We were told by an Auto Care member to park our car in a place where other members the next day decided that was not a good spot for them so they called a tow truck and this Uhaul location didn't think to call us to alert us. Luckily, since we weren't able to return our key the previous night, we are already headed back.Incredibly slimy and poorly run. The two businesses seem to butt heads constantly.
