They were very very helpful just was not to happy when I was told I owe them money when they had swiped ny card before I got the truck!!I’ve never no. For anyone to owe on a U-Haul like the company but I’m concerned

Parking at the location is the only thing I can think of that is negative. This is area can sometimes be limited when it comes to parking. and when parking is available, you can be locked in based on how tight other cars park near you. Otherwise, the staff at this location are always nice and friendly every time I show... read full comment

I would suggest double checking he vehicles for cleanliness and any malfunctions after each form of use just so the next customer doesn’t feel like they’ve damaged anything or feel at fault for the previous use of the U-Haul vehicles. Overall very good customer service and attentiveness. Great job!
