Worst service ever. Would not recommend to anyone with any kind of wheels in the history of the universe. They should absolutely be out of business by now. He towed our car to a place that wouldn't accept it, because it was a rental place, not a repair location, and instead of calling us and asking for a different place to drop it off - he drove it 30 minutes north to his own towing location. Therefore, demanding we pay for towing and storage for a week. He was impossible to get a hold of, never answered his phone. He demanded we pay for towing and storage before it was picked up. Absolute fraud. Fraud. Fraud.Service: Car towing

He arrived at his scheduled time. I had two flat tires. He replaced one flat tire with my spare so it was towed at a reasonable price. Two flat tires would require a flat bed, expensive. To access the spare tire in the trunk he had to remove numerous items in the trunk and put them in the back seat. He had no issues in doing this extra work to get to the spare. Thank you United Towing and Recovery!

I'm a service manager at a auto shop in Maple Grove. United quoted service to tow one of my customers from the A ramp down town. We told them the shop would pay for the tow. They refused and said the customer would have to pay. Called customer back and he agreed to pay for the tow on the spot. Attempted to call United back and they screened our calls and would not answer. Called from multiple lines and still no answer. After an hour of phone tag we called another tow service in town and they quoted $60 less with no demands of up front payment. My recommendation is to call someone else for your towing needs.

Had a great experience with United. Needed a vehicle towed with short notice and they came through no problem! Would definitely use them again when needed.

My car died on New Year's Day and I was convinced I needed a new battery or alternator. I don't know the name of the guy who came and picked me up the next morning but I told him what was going on and he suggested it might be a problem with the post connecting my battery. Sure enough, when we got to the dealership he offered to check under the hood and found that the post was loose and literally just needed to be tightened. It took him 3 seconds to tighten it for me and the car was good as new. I took the car inside the dealership just to check and they confirmed that that had been the only problem. I am so grateful for his help-- it saved me so much time and worry because I had a 4 hour drive back to Madison that day. He was incredibly sincere and even waited until I was inside the dealership before leaving. His help saved me the $600+ I would've spent on a new car part! Thank you!!!

Starter went out on my car while at a gas station. United was chosen by my roadside assistance provider. They showed up about 20 minutes late past the quoted time, but the driver was super nice and helpful. Very pleased with the service I received and the help the driver gave me in trying to get the car started before hooking it up for a tow. Would use again!

Nice people until they had to pay for a broken hubcap they damaged when my car was towed. In America, if you are a business owner and damage a customer property while in your possession, you pay for damages... This Middle Easterner don't think so...
