Please do not send your children to KinderCare. As someone who worked there for about a year, I can say without a doubt that the management is consistently terrible. KinderCare routinely allows classrooms to exceed their ratios, putting children at risk. Management also does not send children home when they're sick, even during the COVID pandemic. Additionally, it appears that they make decisions based on race, which is unacceptable. I would never recommend anyone to send their child to KinderCare after my experience.

I've had my kids at KinderCare for 8 years (with a 10 month break for COVID), and I have absolutely no regrets. The management works hard to ensure families feel comfortable with the center and have a chance to form community with each other. Kids are responsibly transitioned to the next age room, with plenty of time to develop comfort with new teachers. Staff are well trained, friendly, and work hard to put together consistent classroom cultures that allow kids to have fun while still learning appropriate-age behaviors.KinderCare is expensive, but I have never ONCE in eight years wondered whether my children were safe or cared for. My older children in particular have developed real friendships with their classmates at KinderCare--friends they still see and spend time with at camps and on weekends to this day. I wholeheartedly recommend University KinderCare.

We've been sending our child here for almost 3 years and we couldn't be happier. He's excited to go to school every day and they're always doing something fun and educational with the children. They eat well, play outside as often as they can, and they take great care of our son. The place is clean and the staff are always in a good mood. They bring in special guests and entertainers and have multiple family-oriented events every year. During COVID, they stayed open using good safety measures and I never feel like my son is in danger while at daycare. I honestly don't know where we'd be without University KinderCare. It's been a blessing.

I have two kids at University KinderCare. Both kids started when they were about nine weeks old. I love the staff, the location, the facility, and how much my kids love it. I'll be really sad when my younger kid starts Kindergarten because KinderCare has been such a positive, consistent force in our lives since early 2018.

My little man went to Kindercare in Eagan originally, starting at 3 months old and then after a move, I begged Dad to keep him in Kindercare's program. Dad listened and now he goes to the Kindercare off University. They are amazing!! The teachers, the facility, the education programs, the safety during Covid, you name it, they rock! My little man is so so smart and I have no doubt it is from the curriculum Kindercare has. Their phone app is updated with daily potty breaks, lessons, pictures, videos, and supply requests. I love getting daily pictures of what he's learning! I'd tell anyone to go here!

My child was poorly treated got sent home because the teachers were hitting the student and she spoke up. Calls while I’m at work. Letting my child leave the building .kicking her out for nothing causing me to loose my job. My child is a great child and have done excellent at other facilities up until this daycare !!!! Don’t recommend

We have absolutely loved this KinderCare location for our son. The staff is so kind and attentive, and have taken fantastic care of my son. They go above and beyond to make our whole family feel like a valued part of the community. The infant room staff is well-trained and so nurturing, and the administrative staff and teachers aids are wonderful. I never worry that my son is not in good hands.I absolutely recommend them if you’re looking for childcare!

We have had a terrific experience with the University KinderCare, starting when our son was 16 months all the way through to now as an almost-3 year old. The facility, the curriculum, the teachers -- all have been great. We are especially thankful for the flexibility & resources that KinderCare has provided during the COVID outbreak.

This is a great center! The center directors and teachers are wonderful. We had a great experience with our daughter at University KinderCare and would recommend the center.

My kids have gone to the University KinderCare for 6 years. Each time I drop them off, I know they will be well cared for. I know their minds will be engaged, they will receive good nutrition and plenty of love. Even on days that are hard for my kids to separate, whenever I pick them up, they have a smile on their faces and have had a great day. The staff at University KinderCare really care about the well being of my children and look forward to seeing them each day.

Our son has been at Kindercare for about a year and love it. We feel he is great hands and well taken care of in their care. Probably not the cheapest daycare around, nevertheless we are very satisfied.

My little guy has been at Kindercare for just over 2 years now and I couldn’t be happier. All the staff members are very helpful, the facility is always neat and clean, and my son has been consistently challenged to learn and grow.

KinderCare's drop-in care is an absolute God-send! My 2-year-old son's father and I have a unique schedule between him, so full-time, and even strict part-time daycare isn't much of an option for us.He had been attending another daycare with drop-in care outside of the cities, which was going alright aside from the distance away from work/home. However, when I called them on this last Monday, they were unable to get him in, and weren't sure if they were staffed enough to get him in any time soon, and couldn't give me any answers as to when they would be able to. Meanwhile, this is two months after I have fully registered him, and he has been there for a few weeks and started to get comfortable. So there I was, without childcare, and frantic.I called KinderCare late that Monday afternoon, after reading about them online, I spoke with Kayla on the phone and she was extremely helpful, put me at ease about everything, and was able to get my son in the next day and for the rest of the week with no problems, in their Discovery Preschool area. They made it very easy to get him in on such short notice, and I felt extremely comfortable with my son going there. He enjoyed his time there, and the staff kept me very informed and welcomed to all of the goings-on while my son was in their care.I would recommend their drop-in care to anyone I know who is in need of childcare at a short notice. They made my entire week better. And I will now be sending my son there on a more regular basis.

We have both our boys here, and they both love it. The staff have been very professional and definitely love playing with and teaching kids. We switched our oldest here from another daycare, and the difference in his mood and excitement about going to daycare is really obvious. It's a bit on the expensive side, but the experience for our kids has been great so far.
