This store was full of chaos and extreme markup on printing. The basics were covered, but I'd rather drive a bit further to get better service.

This franchise location stole $440.00 from me by charging me for a mailbox I was never given a key to access. When I requested a refund after several months, I was told that access to my mail or a refund was not possible.

I’m grateful for this shop. I run a small print job through here every month. They interface with my assistant and take care of everything so I just show up, pick up the order and am on my way. I really appreciate the team. They are always gentle and kind.
It’s not easy to stay so poised when the customer traffic can be impatient and rude and I have always appreciated the patience and calm demeanor the whole team shows.

I try not to post negative things, but this still irritates me about a month later, so here it is. I use UPS at least once/week for work. I am given old school waybill shipping labels still to use by my work. I know they are being phased out, but they clearly aren't gone. I have been to numerous UPS stores over the past 3 years where they don't know how to input them in the system. No big deal. I learned how to do it from my local store and have walked through it with several people on their system for how to accept them with no issues, including one manager. I was nearby this store one day and went to drop off a package. The worker called her manager when she didn't know what to do. No problem. The manager arrived and said she couldn't accept this. I tried to explain, as I have done many times, but the lady kept cutting me off and would not let me talk. She just kept saying she couldn't take it and would be liable if she did and that the label wasn't right. I had to drive a good ways out of my way to find another location to ship my package that needed to go out that day, which again, went out with no problem at the next location. Managers should at least pause and try to listen to their customers.
