Wait time was minimal, even at what I figured would be the busiest time of day (about 5:30pm). The staff was very friendly and helpful, and I was in and out easily in 5-10 minutes even with two packages that needed to be boxed up and have shipping labels printed. Very impressed with this store!

Poor customer services. Workers did not want to process the return and stated that self service is the only option. Especially when partners like Amazon, state that packaging, label and rerun will be done by UPS. Use to be my fav store but after the customer service I received today, I will be finding a new store.I expected better.

I came in to drop off a return 5 minutes before the store's listed closing time (4 PM, the location was already closing earlier than on most days.)The door was already locked and I saw an employee still inside who also noticed I was there. The employee promptly pretended not to notice me while they closed up the store while me and at least 4 other people were standing outside. Deeply unprofessional!

I do not like UPS at all but this specific store is not bad. The self-serve is very conveinient for returns and I was in and out very quick. Not bad.

I've always had great service from this UPS store. They've helped me with everything from returns to various vendors all the way to international shipments. I'm here often and they've always been very helpful.

The employees were quite friendly, but didn't seem to be trained well on the printing services. I simply wanted to print a PDF at a larger scale, but they were unable to help me, and so it ended up taking me about 30 minutes, with several testing prints, and the total price came out to be twice as much as it should have been because of my troubleshooting, and the extra paper I had to use. It was just frustrating, because I feel like if printing services are something that you offer, it should be something that the employees are able to do competently.

Garbage!! They lose your important documents and don't care that they lost it. Do not use UPS and for sure don't come to this location. All garbage

I had to bring a bed frame back to Amazon, and I had such bad anxiety. I have never shipped something that big. Themsi made my whole experience friggen awesome! Just told me to bring it in and they would take care of the rest! I will always be going to this location from now on. Top notch knitch customer service!

don’t use their online print to store. the system has apparently been “down for months” but they allow you to go through the whole process, and email you and tell you your orders ready for pick up. you get to the store and they tell you that you have to bring it in on a flash drive or email it to them. what’s the point of the online option?

Do not return Amazon packages here ever. I sent items back to Amazon from this store in December and ever since I have been getting bills from UPS that indicate I shipped out items in December that weighed 33lbs, 45 lbs, etc. The items that I returned at this store were all less than 1 pound. I honestly wouldn't even use UPS again after this happened to me. I have been invoiced 4 times for fraudulent charges by them and it shows no signs of stopping.Edit Feb 17th: my newest invoice was $257. Reported to the Attorney General for consumer fraud. Truly the most careless corporate insolence I have ever experienced.
