This business is incredibly misleading. It’s not local. They do not guide you through your local service provider options, as the website states. Essentially, it’s a call center in Atlanta and serve as a broker for Xfinity (in the Minneapolis area) and are very sales oriented.

Joe got me set up with internet at my apartment for a solid price 34.99 per month for the first year. My apartment had made it seem like it wasn’t possible to bring in our own modem and router but Joe helped me figure everything out and understand how to set things up.

I have had my internet service since may 2017 and the service is amazing my children watch Netflix ask the time and we have no problems. What I love about the service is its a great low affordable price. I recommend them to my friends and family.
