Worst bank EVER they took 120 dollars from me and 500 from my dad and multiple reports have been made we haven’t gotten our money back It has been weeks do you want to get your money taken This is the right bank.

This branch is listed as the one where I opened an account that was supposed to save me money at King Soopers and other places. I cancelled that account via a chat weeks ago. But it isn't cancelled, and I'm still getting billed for charges I didn't make. Trying to get in touch with a human is IMPOSSIBLE, let's see if this gets me any help.

Horrible lending practices for vehicle leases. Higher payoff quotes for dealer vs consumer, dealerships refuse to work with US bank, predatory end of leave fees. Just awful

Randomly pulled my credit even though I’ve never contacted them. When I call and finally get to someone they just hang up. Seems like something suspicious is going on here

I used my mobile app to deposit all the money I have to pay bills and they put it on hold for 10 days! No interest or compensation or REASON was given for this. The customer service couldn't tell me why and now I have late bills and all they can say is I'm just going to have to wait. She was also very rude and provided no help on the issue. I will be closing my account as soon as I get my money and telling anypne who will listen not to use this bank. I have 2 children who need to eat and have hot water but they could care less about it. Worst bank ever.

This bank went downhill over years. This is where I took my first home mortgage. I recently visited this branch to see a branch manager but banker Mr. Ulrich approached me. Here's few thing I learnt from him - It's appointment only to see a banker, I'm not the only customer he is dealing with, he is busy all day, he is 22 years with the bank, what I'm asking is complicated. I came back after 4 days to get a status update and when it is not satisfactory and wanted to see a manager he declined initially said she is busy and she can't do anything beyond what I'm doing. After few rounds he agreed to set an appointment with the branch manager. I will wait for few days to see how it goes before move my business to somewhere else.

US Bank is going down the tubes..they started "changing" their automated system in September..it still is a mess..have been with them thru a few name changes & over 30 yrs..am finding a new bank in 2023..one of my New Years promises to myself..it's as though their left hand has no idea as to what the right one is doing..I've called numerous times to complain & the reps always assure me they have "fixed" the problem, but yet the problem still remain..there is no way to speak to anyone other than an hourly rep who basically blows you off when they have no answer or solution for the problem at hand..I called Minneapolis & got the run around, as you can only call a bank branch there & all you get is the run around..it's sad to see that a Once Great Financial Institution is flailing so poorly!

When I googled U.S.Bank, Buisness Insider has it ranked as a good bank, but it is not. At first two years no problem then they added over draft protection without my permission. Their customer service transfers you from one department to another. Now after taking Lyft and Uber for years they close my account and didn't notify me, said there was a breech. Now they won't reinstate my card even though there is no proof of an actual breech. Just hoping you reconsider your review of this bank. Sincerely, Laura D

Just got an email from this location that makes zero sense. Online it says theyre open but the phone goes straight to automated answering systems and says theyre closed.So I tried to call the 24hour helpline they offer, and it took the robot 5 minutes to put me on hold so I could speak to a representative.Only to find out this isnt even who I am supposed to be callingUS bank is ridiculousEdit: Heather obviously didnt bother to read my review and comprehend it before responding, so that just shows you how this location is

BEWARE, THEY WILL CLOSE YOUR DEBIT CARD WITHOUT TALKING TO YOU OR ASKING YOUR PERMISSION. Giving 1 star because i can not give 0. I have had a pleasant experience with US bank for the past 10 years. BUT on 2/17 i had a purchase that was declined. When i called the bank , the representative told me that they are seeing that as of 2/17 my debit card was closed. I was frustrated and confused because I did not call or ask for my card to be closed. this makes me feel like my money and accounts are not safe !!! this had not happened before so i am not sure what is going on. and now they can not reopen my card even though it is not expired, was never reported stolen or anything. VERY STRANGE and SUSPCIOUS

USBank is a FRAUD. I have a credit balance on my credit card rewards program, but they closed my account and kept my money.
