I would highly discourage anyone from opening a business account with U.S. Bank. I went back three different days and was told different information about that I needed from one of the managers (needed to go to the DMV to update my license, provide a piece of mail [which was first accepted and then I was told that it wasn't acceptable], write a letter to myself FROM myself saying I could open a business account and other nonsense). I would recommend going across the street to BMO Harris Bank, who was able to get me set up within an hour with just my articles of incorporation. I will be closing all my US Bank accounts and moving over to BMO Harris completely after this experience - I am grateful to US Bank for making my decision easier to leave their bank after being a customer for over 5 years. After my experience with this branch, I will be closing all of my US Bank accounts. I would not recommend working with Trent Krenshaw because he isn't clear on what information is needed to actually open a business account, and it''s not a good sign when people in leadership positions aren't well-versed in how to do their job.

Visited this branch to deposit a check. I only recently opened an account so I'm not completely familiar with US Bank... but so far, so good. I actually went in without any account info, so I tried my online banking account to check my account #. I couldn't get in for some reason, so I called US Bank (one of the bankers there wanted to help, but couldn't because it was an online banking issue). The branch was pretty cool about letting me sit there for like 20 minutes, talking to US Bank customer service on my phone. Turns out I hadn't even made an account, but I got it set up right away... And a minute after I hung up, I had my check deposited. On another note, someone called me a few days ago to check up on me and explain anything I didn't understand about how US Bank's checking account is set up. He was really nice.

I set up my checking account with US Bank in 2004, and it's been my primary checking account ever since then (direct deposit, etc) even though they have a lot of outdated practices (overdraft notifications are sent through mail, etc). Either way, I considered myself a loyal customer. After a set of backlogged checks got cashed at once in a situation way more complex and boring than is worth getting into, I had overdrafted. I discovered this through arbitrarily checking my account (they never let me change my mailing address, so my over-draft notification was being mailed to an old address). I caught it pretty fast, but wanted to bring my account back into the black, so I went to my primary savings account (a different bank, about 3 blocks away from this location) and took out a chunk of money so I could get my checking account up to a healthy buffer. I get the money in cash, take the envelope of money straight to this branch, and (this was my mistake, apparently) I deposit it through the ATM (I was late for work at this point so I was in a rush.) I was a bit upset when I checked my account a few days later to see they listed my $1000 deposit as $800. At this point, I complain via twitter (snarky message, "no one go here they steal from you" etc). I get a response from their social media department, they ask for my phone number and give me a call. They say they'll get the gears in motion and "investigate the situation." A week later, to no fanfare, I get a letter (at my old address, had to collect it) saying "We looked into the situation and decided we were correct." So at this point, there's still $200 in limbo of my money that US Bank, somehow, lost, and of course placed the blame on me. I don't really like having my bank steal from me (might seem a bit reactionary, but I gave them a certain amount of money, and they lost a chunk of that and didn't make the difference, so I think it's an apt descriptor). I called the customer service line again, had them re-open the investigation (saying, in as plain terms as possible, "I know I gave you $1000. You then took $800. And now there's $200 I don't have") and they re-opened it, and had the branch manager of this location call me. He says that they will get back to me after they look into it. The next day, the branch manager calls me to say, "So, I understand you needed assistance closing your account with us?" After 8 years, US Bank stole $200 from me (might seem insignificant for some, but definitely NOT an insignificant amount for me) and when I said, "I'm not appreciating the way I've been treated in this situation, I might as well close my account" the manager of this branch just said, "Well, sir, in our opinion you only deposited $800. So how can I help you close your account?" Needless to say, I'm never going to US Bank. And I'm trying to do my best to warn anyone else who would ever want to trust A: the bank and B: their ATMs.

Horrible customer service. Incompetent at completing simple tasks like ordering customer checks, changing customer information, etc. Signed me up for a US Bank credit card that I did not approve.

Awful. All about the bottom line. What happened to customer service? Cause theirs is the worst. I practically got yelled at on the phone with my "personal banker" Drew for asking him to reverse an overdraft fee. Sorry dude, most banks are happy to do that when it means keeping a loyal 10+ year customer. Not this bank. He let me go like my business there meant nothing to their corporation. Do not bank with US Bank.

U.S. Bank is awesome. They are the best bank in the known universe. Former chairman of the Federal Reserve Alan Greenspan comes here to get his haircut. When I opened my checking account, all of the line tellers on duty all stopped what they were doing and smiled at me. At least a couple of them gave me their phone numbers. Last month I found a mysterious credit of $500 in my DDA account. The memo on my statement read, "Just because we love you."

They treat me nice. They don't roll their eyes at me when I deposit money. Not sure why Chase always got angry with every transaction, but whatever, we broke up. US Bank has been rocking my socks off.

My new bank is USBANK. I was with Bank of America..but didn't like the Robotic fake customer services and long lines when you walk into the bank. After doing the hunting for a new bank... little did I know U.S. Bank offered a Workplace Checking account that has no min. maintenance fee, free ATMS and will Rebate THE OTHER BANKS FEE, No min. balance Savings Accounts. And a staff that looks more down to earth and never a long line. It's been 3 mos. now and I'm loven' this bank.
