Only two stars because Aisha was very friendly and personable. She should get 4-5 stars if it was just for her.Unfortunately, she was not authorized to help us.
One of the managers (male, maybe in his 40’s, skinny, about 5’7 & Reddish/blonde hair) worked with us. He at first attempted to help us. However, after being told by his manager “no”, we tried to explain the conversations we had with management over the phone regarding auto loans and what we were told by them. Instead of him calling his own team who told us this information, he told me “well those people don’t work at a branch so they are us,” and then started telling me that anyone could make up what I told him and the information I showed him (which was directly from the other banks website). I offer to call my other bank and told him them would tell him exactly what I told them, he declined and said “nobody is going to do what you are asking” which I was already told they would/could if I had full proof, which I did. He declined to consider that and told me “it has only been a few days”, knowing full well those few days and any following have had a big impact on us because we are moving out of state and this is causing us big problems. In addition to his now condescending tone and attempts to indirectly tell me I might be lying, he refused to do anything else or even try to help.
They have verbally handcuffed me and left us at risk of losing thousands of dollars and 8+ hours of time in a week, after holding roughly $20,000 of our money, and could have cared less because “their process doesn’t work that way”.
Any other transaction when you pay for something, you get it that day. But apparently US Bank decides they get to do whatever they want once they have taken your money.
We will never go back to this branch or use US Bank again.

The level of the staff is so low that they don't even know what petty cash means. I don't know where did they learn these financial knowledge? It's so incomprehensible that even the director wants to know nothing. Looks like they have a low review for a reason.

I have tried to get a job with them for a few years and I am well qualified for their lockbox position but they would never hire me. I went in for a job interview at their Energy Park location and there was not one black person working there. They don't have to worry about me applying again.

I have been going to this branch to get cash from the ATM, and also (occasionally) to make deposits. I have always used the ATM machine in the parking lot. However, it has now been removed. This means that I need to park (often, all the spaces in the lot are taken--probably illegal parking, as not that many people are in the branch); then walk into the branch and deal with a teller. The tellers are fine, but having to park and actually go into the branch for these transactions is very inconvenient.
