US Bank has put themselves in Compliance and Regulational risk due to their negligence. Now US Bank is putting themselves at Reputational and Financial risk for not settling this issue appropriately that they have caused due to their negligence. I will continue to share my story until US Bank resolves this issue. The CFPB and OCC will conduct a review and fine of US Banks illegal conduct. US Bank has had this issue previously and this will result in another huge fine. I am just so shocked you are handling this error like this. Please call me to settle this out of court and to end this embarrassing error US Bank has caused. I will see you in arbitration! " In 2023 The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) ordered U.S. Bank to pay nearly $21 million in Fines for illegally keeping out-of-work consumers from accessing unemployment benefits at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. U.S. Bank froze tens of thousands of accounts. However, it failed to provide people a reliable and quick way to regain access. The bank also failed to provide provisional account credits, while investigating potentially unauthorized transfers. Today's order requires U.S. Bank to pay $5.7 million to consumers harmed by its actions and to pay a $15 million penalty. The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) separately fined U.S. Bank $15 million. The CFPB and OCC coordinated during their investigations into U.S. Bank's illegal conduct." Thank you

They're part of the ATM collaboration network, which is convenient. But the ATM is only open during business hours despite being in a security vestibule, and the staff were pretty condescending in letting me know I was SOL when I came 5 minutes before closing to withdraw money.

Usually lines are not terrible (occasionally out the door) and move fairly fast. ATM inside side door is accessible after hours by swiping your card. Help was excellent from (Chris?) person at desk when I had issues with my card. Security personnel at door. Parking is usually ok - I suggest street parking to avoid getting stuck in the small dead end parking lot.

I am Turkish-American. I am using this brach because it is close to my house. Whenever I visit, I feel uncomfortable. They made me repeat whatever I say at least 3 times. They always have an impression on their face like sick and tired of me. I don’t know what is their problem. I’m high school science teacher. I am teaching complicated subjects. I don’t think that my accent is that much horrible. The only nice person in that branch is security guard. He is always nice and open the door and wish a good day for me. It is not so hard to be nice guys! I hope they have some sort of training about being patient and nice to the costumers.

Had an appointment scheduled for 10:30, and the banker I was supposed to meet with never showed up. No communication from the tellers who were working, so I just had to leave eventually

Kita was such a pleasure! Went in trying to figure out some complicated stuff and she was so patient while I had to call numerous different people to get it figured out. I called after the fact to get a special copy of something and she worked me through it, emailed it annnnd followed up to make sure I got it. What an all star!! So kind and personable!! Keep up the great work Kita!!

The wait was very long to see a banker as I believe there was only one person working. Otherwise everything else is good but I shaved a star off for that. The staff were professional.

Horrible customer service. Horrible phone prompts that wastes time. Terrible communication when US Bank goes and does something and doesn't tell you. (Terminates ATM card after saying to keep on using it....your fine). Poorly trained customer service and do not offer a solution. Going to move all 9 accounts to a different banking institution.

US Bank does not let you split up your Mortgage to pay 50% on the 15th and 50% on the 1st of each month in order to save money over the long term in your total payments. People considering US bank for their mortgage should be aware of this. They consciously don't offer this option to make more money off of mortgage interest

I’ve set up two appointments in the last week taking time out of my day to wait for them to call me and they still haven’t called me. Even when I called support through the app they couldn’t reach anyone at this location ? second star is only because someone from this bank called me back when I first enrolled but that’s it. I guess I’ll just have to go in person
