After years of worse and worse service with Comcast/Xfinity, finally made the switch to USI and couldn't be happier. The connection is great, setup was simple, and I appreciate knowing support is local and just a phone call away.

We have been a customer of USI since they began service in our St.Louis Park neighborhood. Our internet has been problem free and working great since we joined. Recently I wanted to expand the Deco WIFI signal so I called technical support and was extremely pleased with the friendly, knowledgeable customer service agent I spoke with. Got an appointment within two days. Brock was our technician who texted and called 15 minutes prior to arrival as promised. The appointment email included his photo as well as he had an ID badge which we appreciated. Brock was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and pleasant. Before he left he made sure all of our existing Deco nodes, as well as the new one he installed were all updated and working together with a full signal in the location where we needed it. I could not have had a better service experience! So, we just want to recognize that and say thanks. We highly recommend USI if you're looking for a new internet provider. They're local as well.

No complaints about the installation and service. So far so good. My complaint is about the subcontractors who repaired the concrete after the wiring . They were disrespectful and rude when we requested them to replace a damage 20 dollar hose. They responded by dumping a concerted on our flower . We contacted USI , they said the would handle the situation. We will see what the result will be. If this situation is handled with care I will definitely change my review to 5 stars

Awful experience so far. Been a customer for 4 months and have been down without internet for a total of 6-7 days. After they tore up my entire front yard and refused to fix anything. The customer service has been the worst part. The last person was rude and lied about not ever opening a ticket. when mentioned the issues I’ve been having. Her response was we unlimited internet with no overages so take it or leave it. Worst customer support experience I’ve had in my life. Be warned!

My apartment building uses this internet. (North loop minneapolis) It’s randomly stopped working 3 times in the last couple of weeks. Super fun when it dies in the middle of a meeting. Beyond annoyed.

USI has been the best internet service provider I’ve ever used. Very fast service and great customer service. I’m really bummed I can’t use their service at my new apt.

On Wednesday Jan 10th one of their drivers recklessly cut accross 3 lanes of traffic and almost ran me off the freeway in order tool make an exit ramp. He then proceeded to speed and swerve in front of me on East Hennepin Ave. License plate was "FAST-7".Recklessness and endangering others is not a quality I would look for in any "professional".Be careful who you let into your home or business.

From its phone representatives to the tech support team, USI is amazing with customer service. Tyler was my first appointment and Dario came for a follow-up appointment to do testing/resolve my connection issue. They were both super friendly, helpful, and left a great impression. It's also helpful that they give you a call/text before they arrive, which not everyone does. I highly recommend this company for great service and internet access.

I'm a newer customer and have been so happy with the quality of this fiber Internet and the value.Even better is their service. Activation was so simple, and my tickets have been handled very quickly and expertly. I feel like many providers in this space really struggle with supporting customers. Not the case here!
