We arrived at 4:00pm intending to send two packages overseas , there were 4 people in line ahead of us. We waited over 40 minutes and finally, at 4:40 when we got to the front of the line, the only person working at the desk, an African-American woman who I have seen every time I have been there said “Wait, you want to send these boxes internationally? I can’t do that right now, we’re closed! I don’t have time for that!” Meanwhile, there were at least 4 people in line behind us. Was it “too late” for their business to be conducted also?
We are flying out tomorrow morning at 8:50am and cannot return to the post office at 9am to attend to this. We were there, during normal business hours -with 20 minutes before the posted “closed” time of 5pm. How is it ok that she can turn us away saying she doesn’t have time for this? How is this remotely ok?

The postal vehicles that leave this location drive like absolute pricks. They speed through Robin Center, go around corners with no caution and nearly hit me head on this week. They have no regard for pedestrians or other cars. Be betters humans.

The employees are always so friendly, but there is always a line of people and usually only one person at the counter, so it makes it hard to get in and out in a timely manner. Usually takes around 20-30 minutes to mail something.

The african American lady with dreads Very rude , not really helpful and was being racist and looked very high when we wanted to ask a question. This location is the worst with customer service .

Dropped package off. And it was never scanned in? Hopefully the package gets there. Went back the next day and they said it should've been scanned. Still don't see it updated for the Amazon return. Expensive item. There was a line and I should've waited to get receipt. But trusted they would scan it. Not sure what happened to it. Only been 3 days. I will be relieved if this ever gets delivered. If not that's $160 loss. Learned my lesson. Will update if it actually gets there. But not scanned so no record of it. Company could pretend they never got package at the cost of me. Thought I could trust the post office.

Monday morning. It's hot, and several customers are waiting to be served. The counter help is running late, but is "on the way." More time passes, and people start to leave. A woman in the back room is frantically calling somebody. Shortly after she tells us the lobby will not be open because the counterperson is "sick." THIS IS THIRD WORLD STUFF and not the United States Postal Service. Replace the neather snow nor sleet with. I hate Mondays and the public can goe elsewhere.

It’s a Thursday at 3:30 and I’ve been here since 3. It’s easily 85 degrees in here. There’s 1 person behind the counter and she’s a lil slow. She over explains taking precious time. When I first arrived she was finishing up with one patron. While she was helping the next - she left counter to look for help and came back alone. Everyone in front of me appeared to have a complicated request because she had to spend so much time completing their request. Finally I was next. While wondering what was taking her so long with this patron (another 5 minutes) - the other counter person appeared and was able to assist me and yea original worker was still on the struggle bus having not finished yet.

I hate going into the post office because they are always understaffed and those working are slow really not all that helpful. Also mail delivery is super bad. Have had a few missed days of delivery and if they do deliver it's as late as possible in the day.
