After reading other posts I realized I am not the only one having a mail carrier who decides on her own to stop delivering my mail bc my name was removed from my mailbox. Apparently 2 years living at the same address and not filling a form to hold my mail/parcels is a sign that she can do whatever she wants. We communicated via messages left above the mailboxes and today she had removed them all and placed them inside my box. So now she delivers trash, got it.
A note to her: my mailbox is not your trashcan. Learn to do your job properly and deliver the mail to the correct apartment number too, that'll be a 1st!

The person who helped me was a straight up blatant liar. I do drug testing and have been mailing samples out of multiple post offices for months. The guy told me he had been told that he cant sign the form saying he has taken possession of the box. They are horrible at customer service and the fact they lie is insane. No wonder their reviews are so horrible

Put online that my fiancé was picking up my package, he brought the slip in and the lady who saw him told him I needed to be there. I just had a major surgery the day before so I'm not thrilled but I was still respectful while I was there in my surgery bra and masectomy pillow. She told us after I got there that all I needed was to sign the back of the slip. She did not tell him this before he had to come back to pick me up. Maybe if staff didn't treat everyone like a package thief I wouldn't be giving this review.

Horrible attitudes, supervisors don’t do their job, they ignore you and will block your calls, staff needs training and they always lose people’s mail without taking responsibility. If there were 0 starts as a rating, thats what they will get. Most horrible post office I have ever came in contact with.

Staff is incredibly rude.
First woman commented, out loud, to another patron (who did not care) about my outfit as soon as I entered which was entirely unnecessary. I was minding my own business after a workout getting an errand done at the post office.
Second woman came out to her station ranting, then was rude and short with a patron who had been waiting a long time, and he decided to give up and leave. She ranted about him to the rest of us, who had all also been waiting a long time and didn't need to hear her opinions on him for the next 10 minutes. I get that she wasn't having a good day but she didn't need to force that energy on the whole room.
Toxic environment - I wish I had gone anywhere else.

Badly, this last order I lost money, it's not a lot but I lost it and I don't know what to do if my order didn't arrive, it turns out that they left it at the neighbor's house, I asked and there isn't, it was supposed to arrive on Oct 26, it arrived Oct 25 and it doesn't show up.

They kept giving me alerts on my inform delivery that my packages had Animal interference during delivery. There was no note left on the door or on inform delivery about what I can do to get my package. This has happened more than 5 times this year. I don't think this was the real reason to why my package was not delivered when expected. I don't have any pets and I have checked with neighbors and they do not have any large pets that would interfere with mail delivery. Calling directly to the USPS local office does not help and I only get a busy signal. I also checked my front, side and back door security cameras to see if there was anything captured on video at the time the interference happened. Nothing had showed up and nothing was captured. Please advise on why this keeps happening to my packages.
