Idk about the passport side but I was there today and the lady that works at the post office counter was fabulous. I look forward to my next post office stop because she was a vibe. So helpful.

Came by on 5/22/25 to check my P. O. mailbox. SAW THESE signs, and shared the info in my Facebook group. Also, yes, everyone, the USPS IS CLOSED for an hour, for their lunch. Since I didn't talk or interact with any workers, my score is higher.. But I do generally like all my visits when I drop off a package. FYI: Bring your own tape.

I arrived for a pre-scheduled passport appointment to find a note on the door saying they weren’t doing them and were closing early. I received no call or email notification to let me know it was cancelled, which would have been helpful since I rearranged work and childcare to get there. Super unprofessional.

I usually go in and there’s a very nice lady working. This morning I went in and apparently no one showed up for work today so the post office is closed. I work very hard and pay taxes so I can conveniently ship things when needed… another poor government entity “at work.”

Where is the mailbox.
PLEASE DOCUMENT
NO OUTSIDE DROP OFF POSSIBLE. Drove 5 miles to deposit letters and net a locked dioor.

10:22 a.m. on a Saturday and the doors are locked, even though the stated hours on both Google and the door say 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Either Google or the Post Office need to update their hours.

I had a wonderful experience here. Dara is absolutely amazing. She was so wonderful, friendly, and extremely helpful. I couldnt have asked for anyone better to help me with my passport.
